I was looking for a special necklace for my mom who is very picky. It makes it hard to shop for someone when they find something wrong with everything, or they don't use whatever you've gifted them in the past. I had been asking my mom what she wanted, in terms of jewelry. We discussed a 22" length gold necklace chain, and it seemed like it was something she liked. While this promotion captured my attention, that you could be financed for your purchase and if you spent $99.00 you would also get a bouquet of flowers and a Gift Certificate for dinner at a local Mexican restaurant.
