Both had suggested that perhaps I had developed a metal allergy but didn't know who to send me to get tested so I contacted Whole Health. Dr Sofia also agreed that could be the problem. First course of action was a saliva test and then labs were ordered through Vibrant Labs in CA. The test was 520 dollars and it took me almost a year to save up to get the test . At no time did anyone mention that it was also going to cost me another 200 dollars to have someone go over the results with me . Anyway I did the test . I was notified that the dentist had received my results on Jan .19th . (Monday) By Friday the 23rd I still had not heard anything from the dentist office so I left a message . By Monday the 26 I still had not heard from the dentist so I left another message . By Wed the 28th I still had not heard from the dentist so I looked up the Facebook page and message Dr Loud through email. That's when I finally got a text saying Dr Loud was not my dentist but that they would make an appt with Dr Sofia to go over my results and that would be Feb 13. Then a week later they called me and said she didn't want to go over results with me but wanted me to talk to a practitioner and she would contact me. I got an appt with her for Feb 16th . That was yesterday and come to find out the test didn't even test for metal allergies (which is the only reason I did it) . I am beyond upset about this . Not only do I feel like no one cares but no one answers the phone or returns calls so there is no point in trying to do that . Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place , unless you want to be angry and you want to waste your money

I've even followed him to Arizona from New Jersey. Neil Zachs is a trusted top surgeon and you are in great hands here. Do your research when choosing an implant specialist . Especially when getting a dental implant near the sinus. This office has the Dental Cone Beam CT (CBCT) scan machine. An advanced 3D imaging tools providing detailed, high-resolution views of teeth, jawbones, soft tissues, and nerves, far surpassing 2D X-rays. The quick, 10-40 second, painless procedure is essential for dental implants, orthodontics, jaw tumors, and wisdom tooth extraction

I never felt any after pain. This was for two molar teeth. My only qualms is the administration team. They have a contact us on their page but they have never answered my question. I have delta dental and they are in-network for this practice thankfully. However I still ended up paying almost 500 out of pocket! I believe they balance bill which they are NOT supposed to do, due to being in-network for my insurance. It'd only be 500 if they're charging a ridiculous amount for a root canal well above standard amount. With my insurance they maxed the entire plan out which was honestly shocking. I recently got a root canal and crown and paid almost 500 out of pocket for BOTH from a different dentist. I even have almost 100$ left in my plan. That says a lot. Anyways I tried reaching out to them to ask about the break down and they never got back to me. A bunch of money siphons! I'd avoid this place. I love Dr. Lammont and his team but administration is some shady team. It's full of young women who are busy chatting with each other and not actually helping patients. Also side note for my root canal they let a student sit in and assist Dr. Lammont. I was not informed of this and not offered the choice if I wanted the student to sit in. The student had no prior experience assisting with a root canal. The student was originally watching the procedure and then they were like "you want to sit in? Okay grab some gloves" and never asked me if I was okay with it. If I'm going to be your Guinea pig at least ask or give me a friggin discount to let you spectate. Student did a terrible job by the way. Kept poking me in the mouth. Hope she doesn't become an endodontist.

The entire team has been incredibly accommodating throughout my treatment journey, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to their patients' well-being. While dental procedures of this complexity naturally come with their challenges--after all, we're talking about comprehensive treatment involving extractions, sutures, and implant placement, not just filling a cavity -- what truly sets Clear Choice apart is their extraordinary aftercare and ongoing support. This level of dedicated follow-up care was exactly what I was looking for when I made my decision, and they have exceeded every expectation. What consistently impresses me is how the staff treats each visit with the same warmth and professionalism as if it were my very first appointment. They maintain the highest standards of patient care and business practices, creating an environment where you feel truly valued and supported. The entire team deserves recognition for their outstanding service--Chris a keeper, Anthony, Debbie who is so kind hearted, Ben and all the wonderful staff members who work tirelessly behind the scenes. Each person contributes to an atmosphere of excellence and genuine care and I am grateful for each of them I must give special recognition to Dr. Lim, whose understanding nature and unwavering determination have been remarkable throughout this process. In addition Dr. BeBeau has been equally exceptional, demonstrating an extraordinary level of compassion, understanding, and an absolute commitment to delivering the highest quality care possible. They are NOT flexible at all with creating a dental payment plan. They just expect me to whip out a credit card and charge it. Like most working people I work paycheck to paycheck. I believe because of the swanky Scottsdale location, they just think everyone has that kind of money lying around. I am sad because I really loved that office.

I was less than thrilled to find out that I needed a tooth extracted but thankfully it was on top and in the far back. After consulting with Dr Cedric I felt at ease knowing what to expect for the day of. The procedure which was done at Whole Health was fast and exactly how he said it would be. He assured me that I would only need an implant if I wanted one so no pressure of YOU HAVE to do this other expensive procedure. They cranked the nitrous on and it was truly no big deal. I've been through much worse unpleasant dental visits before. They sent me some with some high quality supplements for healing which was awesome, some of which I will be reordering. Recovery was painless and like Dr Cedric assured nothing like impacted wisdom teeth extraction. The best part is that within a week my gums were no longer inflamed and bleeding every time I would floss. I did have a cleaning the day before surgery with ozone gas and laser so I do think that played a key role in the healing process. When I thought I needed a root canal I went to my endodontist (Dr. Matloff - GREATEST guy and Endo) and he said... might want to lose the tooth. NOT an exciting thought but.... I got hold of my regular dentist (Dr. Dovgan - another great Doc) and got vote #2... lose it. They recommended Dr. Goldenstein. They got me in quick in a day for an eval appt. and he spent a lot of time explaining things, options, good and bad possibilities, situations, procedures etc etc. It was reassuring to hear good, realistic info from someone that's been doing it so long. I made it back for the extraction nervous as a cat on meth and while I had trust... I don't like being asleep and out of control while people "do things" but.... woke up, wobbled to the recovery room and got my ride home. Followed my instructions, then Dr. Goldenstein personally called that evening to follow up. I was beat but went to bed - THE BEST SLEEP I'd had in months. Woke up refreshed, no bleeding, no swelling, no pain... felt great. Not sure if I can relate previous neck and shoulder pain to my tooth situation but... that night and following... GONE. By the way The bottom line, great personalized care backed with experience and an office staff that was efficient and caring as well. I guess we all have an apprehension about medical procedures and in some part it's the doctor's responsibility to address the problem and put people at ease for things we know knowing about. He did that as well as following through with a painless, needed procedure. And as a general thought - make a note: All dentists, whether they are generalists or specialists, spend upwards of 7 or 8 years in college and dental college earning a DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery). BUT... An oral surgeon, though, spends an additional 4 to 6 years of in-training after dental school, mostly in a hospital-based surgical environment. Dr. Goldenstein is a great oral surgeon. Not anxious to have any more teeth pulled but if it comes up... there's only one person I'd go to and recommend for the adventure. (PS - go for the general anesthesia instead of a local :-P I did) (why no 6 stars for rating this?)
