As a real estate broker working under a strict deadline, I needed timely responses--especially since this property had two septic tanks that required certification. When an inspection was finally scheduled, one tank passed, and the other needed to be replaced. Although the field technician was fine, the office staff at that particular company seemed distracted and short--they weren't rude, but they clearly didn't have the time or patience to help me get the information I needed. Right away she let me know that she has been using ASAP for years. I called the company, and Michael from the company quickly set up an appt. for the same week. He was very friendly and explained what to expect for the appointment. Harold came out today, quickly located the septic tank which was buried underground. I knew the approximate location, but with his tools, Harold found it quickly and went to work. Once he had Pumped the tank, he showed me the empty tank and let me know things were in good shape.
