My experience was superior with ASAP Pumping today. At work, a co-worker overheard that I was looking for a service company to pump my septic tank since it had been more than 5 years. Right away she let me know that she has been using ASAP for years. I called the company, and Michael from the company quickly set up an appt. for the same week. He was very friendly and explained what to expect for the appointment. Harold came out today, quickly located the septic tank which was buried underground. I knew the approximate location, but with his tools, Harold found it quickly and went to work. Once he had Pumped the tank, he showed me the empty tank and let me know things were in good shape. He let me know how often I should have it pumped to keep the maintenance up for our family's needs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I am very happy with the work, customer service, and the reasonable rate charged. After the job, Harold did an excellent job of cleaning up, and smoothed over everything, making the landscaping look virtually untouched! Highly recommend! read more

Sure glad I called ASAP Pumping. Debbie was a pleasure talking to while booking my appointment. Harold, the Tech, arrived early, and answered all my questions. When he finished, I told him, "It looks like you were never here." Not only did they save me hundred's of dollars less than the other guys, but pointed out the hole in the lid, the other guys did, the last time they dug it up, then threw a trash bag over it before covering it up. I can't speak for their service but their estimate is $200 MORE than Rotto-Rooter. You want to help out your local neighbors by hiring them first but they have placed themselves out of the market by charging way too much. Sorry ASAP I would have hired you if your prices were reasonable. $500 to pump out a septic tank is absolutely ridiculous! It doesn't even take any training. I think a 15 year old could do it. read more

I didn't get the opportunity to meet with anyone in this company, but my ex-husband did and he said that they are just phenomenal. The customer service they give is old fashioned whereas they talk a bit while getting to know you. They explain things so that you feel a connection with what's going on instead of running blindly into the unknown lol. The prices are extremely fair (which is also old-fashioned), as we all know, everyone is just out to pull bills outta your wallet. So anytime you're looking for a great company that knows septic tanks, I would suggest using ASAP. read more

Beware! I have another pumping company here digging up my yard to reach and empty my septic tank. They discovered that the previous pumping company (ASAP Pumping) had put a hole in the lid of the septic tank and covered the hole with a bag of cement prior to filling in with dirt. I called the technician who did this and he gave me some serious attitude as did their receptionist. Their customer service leaves MUCH TO BE DESIRED!!! Great service and reasonable pricing from this company! As new home owners, we wanted to have our system pumped, not due to an emergency situation, but merely due to the fact it hadn't been pumped since the home had been built. Debbie was friendly and efficient on the phone when setting up the appointment and she answered our newbie questions. Harold was amazing- we weren't certain where our tank was located, but he located and accessed it quickly, despite the fact it was inconveniently buried near a large boulder and under several conduits and pipes from the landscaping and irrigation systems. We couldn't even tell that he had dug it open, he did such an excellent job in cleaning up and restoring the landscaping from the dig. Had a septic tank that needed pumping right after the Thanksgiving weekend. I called on Monday AM and made an appointment for the PM.
