I went to the Craig Rd store and like most everyone on here, received a terrible install job. The tint was misaligned and the shirt side was folded and stuck to itself. DO NOT GO HERE, I put my trust in the shop to do a chrome delete. Before I did the service I wanted to verify they remove the grill to do a proper wrap they said YES, which they didn't and the guy lied directly to my face. when I picked it up they never finished the job due to running out of material and after inspecting they wrap is over lapped, cuts are not straight so you can see the chrome everywhere on the grill. I DONT trust this shop to even make it right my car has 150 miles on it when I dropped it off and now my new car looks like terrible because this shop and I have to take it to a better shop to fix their carelessness and have to pay twice. You've been warned not to go to them read this I got all the names and phone numbers of the actual company Sun-tech (that's the tint film Company) so that you're aware of it. All details can be verified. I even have a copy of the check paying me back money so that I could leave them alone Per my attorneys I was not allowed to speak about this for six months, but that six months has came and gone now I'm legally allowed to talk about it and I have phone numbers of the Suntech company you can speak to them And photos. There's something wrong with the management or ownership of it running at the way they are to rip people off and scam them and when somebody has to write you a check and write settlement at the bottom because they screwed up. That is the settlement and trust me legal papers have been filed. It was so bad that a girl from the tent company (Brittney) came to Vegas to meet with them and they admit it to her that they were not using Suntex film that they were using some other companies and they're probably gonna lose selling Santek. All of this is documented and I can verify every single bit of that they didn't want me to put my review up. What is freedom of speech and I didn't sign anything saying I wouldn't speak about what happened happened I have two attorneys already filing everything and we will proceed moving forward but they scraped and cut my windows. It's been documented. I have tons of photos and one of their employees on a recorded conversation in front of the attorney amid it. Yes they did it. thanks Joe that's all we need it for court. They knew that we would be recording coming in because of all the shenanigans that were going on this place is horrifically horrible how they stay in business is beyond me. There's guys smoking weed in the yard, they had to look at my text exchange to see I was being correct. I explained that was the reason for the earlier phone call and appointment so they would have the time to get the glass. What a horrible experience I've had here. Just stay away; unprofessional and disrespectful employees, dirty shop, and no sense of care or pride. Honestly, if I could go back in time, I'd have just dealt with the 110+ Las Vegas heat/sun this summer than have given this shop my business. They've redone the tint on my windows 3 times, and each time, there is always an issue and they for some reason just cannot get it right. They then act like it's my fault there's an issue at all and take no blame. Then go mask off and totally disrespect me this final 3rd time I go by messing with my car and leaving it a mess and drawing on it. 1st time I get all my windows done, and every single one has an absurd amount of bubbles underneath the tint. Left my car baking in the sun for 14 days, just like they told me to, bubbles did not go away. Okay, it's a bit frustrating, but I was willing to forgive it. I'm not an unreasonable person, so I bring it back to them, and they are willing to redo the tint. 2nd time I go, they left a bit of the old tint on one of the windows and went over it again. Also, bubbles on the back windshield again. "Wait 14 days with your car in the sun" they tell me again. This is irritating since I literally did just that for bubbles that look exactly the same as the kind that they are giving me. Whatever, I wait again. For longer, 4 weeks this time, bubbles didn't go away, or shrink at all. 3rd time I go was the final straw. Even worse job on the back windshield again. Then they totally disrespect me by leaving my car a mess, left the trash from the tint scraps in the back of my car and door, as well as the disgusting dirty sock's of one of the technician's kids that they bring to work with them. And to top it off, they drew a dick on the dirt that was on my car. Yeah, how funny. I was perfectly patient with them each time, probably more than I should have been. I didn't argue with them at any point, I didn't demand a refund, I was more than agreeable, and I was more than willing to give them a few chances to fix it the tint. I listened to their advice (excuses) and was willing to humor them and follow their instructions each time they told me to "wait 14 days" as if it would just magically fix the horrible job they did every time. Sure, for small bubbles, it'll go away with the heat, not huge bubbles the size of my fingernail. They tell me "not every tint job is going to be perfect" lol. It's all just theater to get me to leave. But you know what? I would have went back a 4th time and been totally okay with them doing it again. Maybe a bit annoyed at the situation, but I would have never taken it out on any of the employees, or made a huge deal about it, mistakes happen, I understand. But when they do what they did this last time to my car, it's obvious retaliation, hostility, and blatant disrespect because they do not want me to return a 4th time, I reach my limit of being understanding. And based on their attitude and what they drew on my car, I wouldn't put it past them to do worse the next time and put a scratch on my car. No pride, no respect, no professionalism, no care, and just a giant waste of my time. I would try to get a refund, but it sounds like other people have tried and failed, and I'm not about to waste even more time with these people. They apparently just refuse and offer to redo the job. Likely because it's cheaper and easier to just throw more tint at the car a dozen times over for a small amount of customers with issues and then pray the person just deals with their bad tint job so they don't have have to give someone their money back because they are incapable of properly doing the service they advertise. Alright. I don't usually do this, but I don't think I've had a worse experience with any company, anywhere. So this review is obligatory. To note, this review is not against management nor front desk. They did what they could. This is solely against the individual who worked on my car. If you stop by here, you better either hope this guy is gone or hope he isn't the one working on your car. TLDR: I got my windows tinted, my eyeglasses were stolen, I called the cops, manager offered me $250 to replace them If that caught your attention then read below. This started with wanting to get my front two windows tinted to match the back windows. I get there about 4:15 PM, park, take my eyeglasses off and put them in my cup holder because I don't want my glasses fogging up when I wear my mask. I walk in, tell them I want a tint, then pay. I forgot my phone in the car so I walk out, get my phone and saw my eyeglasses sitting in the cup holder where I left them. Grabbed my phone, walked back inside, sat down, and waited. After about 45 minutes, I see my car pull up and this is where the fun begins. I open the car door so I can put my glasses on and head home. There's one problem though. My $500 Dolce & Gabanna eyeglasses are missing. Now I'm the type of person who, when I'm confident I put something where I thought I put it and don't see it there, I question my confidence. I start thinking of the million and one other places I placed it. However, those eyeglasses were in that cup holder and I saw them there when I walked back to the car to get my phone. After I noticed them missing, I walk back in the shop and ask if anyone seen my glasses. I even walk to the back of shop where they work on the cars, asked if anyone had seen my glasses, and everyone started looking for them. Everyone except the person who worked on my car. Guess who else wears eyeglasses. The guy who worked on my car. And where did this guy go? He ran off to his truck that didn't even have license plates to "make a call". The kind woman that worked there and I walked out and I confront him. Not physically, but I asked where my glasses were and if he saw them. Since he's the one who worked on my car, he had to have seen them. But in classic, thief fashion, he said he didn't have them and said he'd "look" for them. So I said okay and walked back into the shop. I honestly wouldn't have minded if he just handed me my eyeglasses. If he took them, then whatever. Bygones be bygones, just give them back and we won't have issues but he refused. He even goes to say he has his own glasses, why would he need mine? Come on. You're the dude who tinted my windows AND you wear glasses and saw a nice set of Dolce & Gabanas. Anyway, I walk back in the shop and we're all waiting around. I sit down and waited for about 20 minutes. Well, he still hadn't started looking for my glasses. Continued waiting for another 10 minutes, but nothing. I asked if he's on a break and was told "he's still on his call". I'm texting my wife, who has our two kids, who is hungry, on that time of the month, and frustrated at the situation. She ain't happy. So I had to do it. I called the cops. While on the phone with the cops, the manager then begins bargaining with me. Offering me cash to pay for some of the replacement cost of my glasses. I appreciated that. I told him the cost was closer to $300 even though they were closer to $500 because I'm not the type to take advantage. He offered $250 which was cool and he told me that the employee will have to face the consequences. Since the manager was willing to offer cash, I accepted then hung up with the police. So then he goes and tries opening the safe. 10 minutes goes by and he's having problems with opening it. The kind woman then said she'll provide a refund via card, which she did. She gave me the refund to my debit card and we were cool. I get it, yeah, I could have hidden them. But why of all things should I have to worry about my prescription eyeglasses. I never heard of people stealing eyeglasses. All in all, this was an experience I pray nobody has to go through. I'm sure not all of their employees are like this. If anything, most of them were cool. But if you see a skinny dude who wears glasses with tattoos on his head there, be careful of your belongings. And if he's reading this, keep the glasses, man. Guess you need them more than I do. As for the tint itself, the guy left a noticeable gap between the tint film and window sill. read more

I went to Desert Tint to get my headlights tinted on my 2018 Ford F-150. I waited 3 1/2 hours for them to do the headlights and they came out terrible so they asked me to come back the next day. Keep in mind this is a 30 min drive for me each way. I dropped my truck off the next day and when I picked it up this is what it looked like. Absolutely terrible. Service and quality has gone way downhill in the past year. This is the fourth vehicle I brought to Desert Tint and this is the worst job they've done by far. Paid for top of the line nano tint and originally took 1.5 hours to complete, which I thought was too quick. I had to bring it back because the sunroof front panel had bubbles. The driver window and passenger window also have small chips to the tint. Then the sunroof rear panel started peeling, so I had to bring it back again. I've now brought the vehicle in three times, and every time I bring it back, they have to do the tint job 2-3 times due to messing up and I'm there for 2 hours. Their staff needs better training to say the least. I also don't trust them to drive my car in out and out of their tiny garage door, there have been way too many close calls. I will not be back to this business, regardless of their discounted prices. It's really unfortunate. read more

Good price just had my front two windows done today my only complaint was I called right before they opened and someone answered and told me 25 per window but when I showed up literally from across the street two minutes later at 8am I'm told me 60 for both front windows. I've gotten tint done here before on my 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Limo tint lasted 7/8 years no bubbles or chipping or anything. They do provide a lifetime warranty (if window get broken warranty isn't covered) I just brought in my 2020 Hyundai sonata, I got all windows done, including the windshield on a busy Thursday afternoon to get done in less than 2 hours which is not the issue, The reason for 3 stars is because I had no issues with my car or anything, it was recently purchased and when they get done my EPB light is now on. Had to take car back to dealership for it to be serviced, was stuck at the tint shop for nearly 2 hours AFTER they got done, I told them the issue, wanted to speak with who exactly worked on my car, and of course the manager said "we dont do internal repairs, when on their window it clearly says we do repairs hmm that's odd. And of course the day before I called to get an estimate and when I get there it's a different price, how shocking. The work is good but the price and management is not. Also nobody came out to check on me or if anything was good....after hours of being serviced. Your customers are your business FYI. read more

I was refered by a friend to get my two front windows tinted here. Called them and got a quote of $50. Called a couple of places around town to see how much it would cost for the same job and it was much more. Decided to try them out. They are open on Sundays!!! First come, first served policy. The place was a little tricky to find, I thought it was a Smog place before I saw the "Desert Tint" on the door.
