If I could give this business negative stars I would. This "business" tinted my husbands windows and did the crappiest job ever!! The first time we took it the bubbles never went away. We called and had to bring the car back again so they can "fix" the windows and the second job was even worse than the first. We weren't super close to this shop so after a whole month we decided to just ask for a refund because we do not have time to keep going back and fourth. The owner said that he will only give us a partial refund because of his loss in materials ... ok so the materials that were lost were because they did a poor job. We didn't damage the material ... they did a poor tint job twice so they are the ones the wasted the material not us. And he also said that they did a "standard" job and it's not their fault that it wasn't what we wanted. Look at the pictures below and you tell me if you think a happy face in bubbles is a standard job. Or the fact that they didn't even cover the whole window. Anyways ... we took the car back to get the tint removed and got a partial refund and took the loss of the "wasted materials" ... and it doesn't even end there! We took our car to get tinted at another company which said that they did the crappiest job taking off the tint they left glue on the window which would have damaged the car windows. He left the inside of the car dirty. The liquid dripped all down the doors and didn't even wipe it. Mind you this is a new car! I can keep going it's just insane how they conduct business. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO to this company. You will waste your time and money! He doesn't take any payment other than cash or zelle because zelle will not issue you a refund. We would have never heard about this place if my hubby's friend didn't recommend it. I was literally skeptical at first when I pulled up, because the area is a little susp. Anyways, met with Armando and his helper. They were cool asf and made me feel so comfortable. Located behind, Royalty Auto Body shop, this is a hidden gem with wonderful people. Came here on a Saturday around 130pm and it wasn't super packed. First thing I noticed was all the cars outside with this beautiful tint, all clean and shiny. Was quickly greeted by Armando! He immediately started working on my 2010 VW CC and my friends have matching Honda Accords. He was helped by Jose/Marlyn who was very quick and efficient and super friendly. Total time for all 3 cars was from 1PM- 2:45PM Everyone here is very nice. They even offered us drinks while we waited. As for the tint, they have shades 35, 20, 15, 5, 50, 70, 80, 88. Brand is ASWF- American Standard Window Film. They offer LIFETIME WARRANTY! If anything start bubbling or tearing or fading they replace it. Hours are: Monday- Friday 9am to 6pm Saturday 9am to 5pm Overall this is a family oriented business with Armando as the Owner and his cousin Marlyn helping out. If you have a cheap car, yeah you can go here but if you want to mess your new car or the care you cared the most, don't even think to go here. They broke my piece and said that they'll replace it and won't charge me anything for the inconvenience they made. The next day they call me and said that once the replacement arrived, I need to pay for the tint they did. They can't hold on to their words and doesn't know how to handle customers if they messed up. And not to mention about one of his fat employee who got rude and scream at me out of nowhere when I politely ask if he could fix the bubbles that was really showing to the windows that he did. I never ever felt that I need to worry about my safety when I went there. They just want to get the job done and get your money, it's pretty cheap anyway so you'll get a really cheap service. They'll leave your car so messy that he even left the trash from the tints and they won't even wipe your interior for that amount of spray they use while putting the tints. I'll never go back and recommend this. You've been warned. read more

Immediately, I noticed a scratch on the shield of one car, incomplete corners on some windows of both cars, and bubbles all around the other car. Also, visible dirty black stains on dashboard, muddy shoe stains, dirty, black water drips all over WHITE cars, blade and blade wrappers under seat. After telling them my concerns, here is the owner's answers, exactly as he texted it to me. We try to do the best we can we can't get it perfect and tbh it did look good the first time but i didn't want to be rude and say you were being picky because of what you paid but for me it not worth it to have to keep redoing it I would rather remove it and give you a partial refund because it not bad it just not to your specifications and I can't please everyone sorry More messages: I'll refund you $$$ each and I'll remove the tine and you can go somewhere else. I asked him about the warranty they give:. Unprofessional! I got my windows tinted with him with my previous car and everything went well. That wasn't the same when I recently got a tint for my new car. All my windows besides the drivers windows had air bubbles in the tint. When addressed 3 week after the Initial job the response was "we are not perfect" "this is the best we can do". I told him I wanted them redone and he told me to come back the following week. The tone of the conversation wasn't even apologetic and no responsibility was taken for the poor job given! I ended up going elsewhere to get it redone To save time and get a quality tint on your vehicle pay the extra 40 bucks and see a professional! read more

Sadly there isn't an option to give zero stars. I was told to wait inside their office until my car was done. ( getting tint ) and i looked down on the floor and saw a whole bunch of ants just everywhere. It was gross. The walls were gross, so were the floor trims. Absolutely disgusting. The outside, there was trash here and there. They charge way too much, they do a horrible job. They make messes, they don't have any respect. I never will ever go here again. Best price and work I've been able to find. The only reason I didn't give a 5th star is because they need to work on communication. I was told they would be there at 10am, but they were late, I had to take the bus to work so I ran late, then they said they would call or text when the car was ready, they never did. I called and texted but never got an answer. I took the bus back after work and literally 5 mins before they were about to close and they said the tint had been ready for a while. read more

If there was a way to give a negative rating I would. A co worker recommended this shop to me and gave me Armondos #. I'm all for supporting smaller businesses and usually take my car to get tinted at Lobos Accessories. Well i text him and he gave me a price and I was like wow that's way less than I'm used to paying so he sends pictures and of course from afar they look great. I take my brand new 2020 explorer. He comes and tells me he's done about 30 min or less later and that already had me wondering. As I'm driving away I noticed huge air bubbles, and my 2 back windows have light shining through the bottom because it wasn't cut right and tint over specs of dirt. It was pretty late so I decided to wait until the morning to inspect the vehicle right. When I woke up I went out to see his work and I noticed lint, dirt and CHOPPED tint with light shining through. There was this black grease stuff that he later told me was to correct minor problems. So I text him very respectfully and told him about what I seen and was going to give him a chance to fix it and he just told me to bring it in and I'd get my money back. Since I do work all day I asked my sister and wife to take it in. I later get a call that he's cussing and kicking them out because they saw a couple guys going to inspect the same spot where he removed the tint and I told them to go see what was going on. He told my sister to "Get TF outta his Shop" called her a "Bitch" and continued to harass them. My defrosters in the back of my truck were scrapped off and to top it off the day that the tint was put on the vehicle they stole my diamond air valve covers. I tightened them before I got there and use my car all day for work so I'm sure it wasn't me. Armondo claims he's not perfect and in no way did I expect that but the work was pretty rushed and bad. He's unprofessional, rude, and talked to women as if they owe him something. Pay that extra $ and have someone else take care of your vehicle as if it was there own. read more
