Months later, I discovered that the title and lien paperwork had never been sent to my lender, Golden 1 Credit Union. Because of this, I have been unable to register my Jeep in either California or Texas. This has created significant delays and unnecessary stress. I made multiple attempts to contact the dealership to resolve the issue. Instead of helping, I was told, "Never contact me again about this." Since then, I have had to file complaints and spend my own time trying to resolve paperwork that should have been completed when I purchased the vehicle. My advice is simple: before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, make sure all title and registration paperwork has been properly completed and submitted. I hope my experience helps someone else avoid the situation I'm now dealing with.

I visited this location twice this month and have experienced very horrible interactions…read more I work for Lyft/Uber and when I dropped off a rider at this location the staff was very unprofessional. One employee parked a vehicle vertically near the entry way towards the front of the main entrance. The vehicle was blocking other vehicles entry and exit way. After I struggled to park the car due to the White SUV refusing to move the vehicle, I proceeded to reverse & exit but the driver in the car stopped. He then began having a conversation with another employee casually while she leaned on the driver window with no intention to move out the way. She began yelling at me once I carefully backed up due to the other vehicle not moving and causing great difficulty. The employees began yelling aggressively at me. I explained to them I had to maneuver around them in order to exit due to them blocking the road. The staff here is blatantly rude, disrespectful and do not care about the customers or the company's partners. The rider was very uncomfortable after experiencing this incident. I will be reporting this to the regional manager and corporate for further assistance.

Drove out to Iaai…read morein Hesperia to view a vehicle, 110 miles round trip, very nice car, decided to purchase the vehicle through there online auction. The next day auction started, waited for vehicle and started bidding , bidding went to 26400 which was me and suddenly the auctioneer sells vehicle at 26500 without me having a chance to bid again, it was a quick sale to his buddy Carlos, this is what a side tip of 100 bucks gets you. I will now longer drive out to Hesperia Iaai to view another vehicle. I talked to management and he said they only have 3 seconds per bid, which is fine but I got zero seconds. It is managements job to protect buyer and seller and clearly it's not being done here. State Farm which owned the Vehicle just lost $3500, I was prepared to pay $30,000.00 for the vehicle. A warning to State Farm, get another auctioneer at the Hesperia branch, other locations seem OK. I have been buying vehicles for 25 years and have never been bamboozled in this way, sad. I know how to bid and when to bid, I would like a reimbursement from Iaai for my time, gas and effort, but that's not going to happen. Management told me they only have so much time to get auction done which is a lie, I have watched there other auctions and most auctioneers give you ample time to bid, so his story is B.S.
