These guys are top notch!! My credit is faaaar from perfect, and it was a second auto loan, all things that other dealers would even attempt. Juan worked his ass for for almost 2 weeks to get the deal I wanted and nothing less. The vehicles were all super clean including my new baby, and this was a zero pressure environment. These guys went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted on my terms. Buy with confidence!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel others should be aware of my experience…read more I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from Executive Image Auto Group on December 23, 2025. Months later, I discovered that the title and lien paperwork had never been sent to my lender, Golden 1 Credit Union. Because of this, I have been unable to register my Jeep in either California or Texas. This has created significant delays and unnecessary stress. I made multiple attempts to contact the dealership to resolve the issue. Instead of helping, I was told, "Never contact me again about this." Since then, I have had to file complaints and spend my own time trying to resolve paperwork that should have been completed when I purchased the vehicle. My advice is simple: before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, make sure all title and registration paperwork has been properly completed and submitted. I hope my experience helps someone else avoid the situation I'm now dealing with.
