Here's my new 2021 CX-30 Premium AWD. I didn't buy it from here. I bought from my local Mazda instead because of how I was treated. I dealt with Doug. I inquired about buying the same model online, though a 2020. Doug was not willing to work with me at all. Even though I live pretty far, I was willing to fly out and pick the car up. Unfortunately, Doug was dismissive and rude. He never followed back up and missed out on a 30K+ easy sale.

No repeat customer here. Had my mazda cx5 towed to the dealership due to tensioner belt snapping. Running price 900.00 but then them trying to upsell with other repairs 2200.00 more. Only thing I needed was a battery but I was not going to spend 360.00 for one. When I went to pick up my vehicle George Garcia (service writer) walked me to my car. I started to inspect my car George pops off that he was being insulted by how closely I was inspecting it. I just looked at him. Open the car door and all the protective papers they use were still in my vehicle and the car wasn't even washed. George looks at me and sneer's at me and asks if he wanted him to get all the papers. I was like, what do you think. Get home and notice grease hand prints on the inside drivers door. George that's why I always inspect my vehicle. Tell your boss thanks for the rude service

I was looking for a used. Car and again thought I would try to keep it local. Test drive a car and it was late so decided to come back in the am to finish the deal. (Had financing ready thru a local credit union ) woke up the next am and had multiple other dealership offers for same car thru TRUCAR. App I had been looking at the day before. Cars down the hill were 1000-1400 less with 30000 mile less the the one I had been looking at this dealership. I advised Victorville Mazda if this and wanted to see if we could haggle the price up here so as to keep business local. We came to an agreement and then they "sold the car" under me as I was pulling up to the Victorville Mazda to buy that car. I doubt they sold it that just didn't like our agreed price and used that excuse to back out. We were texted the offer back and forth as we were heading over and within that time frame he all of a sudden sells it... come on Well good luck and thanks anyway for I did drive 45 miles down the hill and find that same car for less mile and money. Advice. Drive down the hill to save money they are typically 1000 dollar Update : the sold car still on lot. Drive down the hill trust me

One employee parked a vehicle vertically near the entry way towards the front of the main entrance. The vehicle was blocking other vehicles entry and exit way. After I struggled to park the car due to the White SUV refusing to move the vehicle, I proceeded to reverse & exit but the driver in the car stopped. He then began having a conversation with another employee casually while she leaned on the driver window with no intention to move out the way. She began yelling at me once I carefully backed up due to the other vehicle not moving and causing great difficulty. The employees began yelling aggressively at me. I explained to them I had to maneuver around them in order to exit due to them blocking the road. The staff here is blatantly rude, disrespectful and do not care about the customers or the company's partners. The rider was very uncomfortable after experiencing this incident. I will be reporting this to the regional manager and corporate for further assistance.

1 Star - Buyer Beware…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so other people can make an informed decision before purchasing a vehicle from Victorville Chevrolet Cadillac. In May, I purchased a 2024 Mazda CX-90 Certified Pre-Owned from this dealership. One of the main reasons I felt comfortable buying the vehicle was because I was told it came with warranty coverage, giving me peace of mind that I would be protected if something unexpected happened. Since I had already gone through a tough situation previously with my last vehicle, left stranded on the side of the freeway I thought purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle would give me the security and peace of mind. Only a short time later, with around 59,000 miles on the vehicle, I took it to a Mazda dealership for a routine oil change and tire rotation. During the inspection, they discovered that the radiator was leaking. This wasn't caused by an accident or misuse--it was simply a mechanical issue that developed. I immediately contacted Victorville Chevrolet Cadillac. At first, I was given the impression that the repair would be covered under the warranty. Later, I received a phone call telling me the exact opposite--that I would have to pay for the repair because I supposedly had a "Silver Plan." When I asked for an explanation, no one could clearly explain what that meant or why a major mechanical failure on a recently purchased Certified Pre-Owned vehicle wouldn't be covered. They even gave me a phone number to call for more information, but when I called, the number was not in service. The situation became even worse when my vehicle became undrivable. My 2 1/2-year-old daughter and I were stranded on the side of the road from approximately 10:00 p.m. until 12:30 a.m., waiting for a tow truck. Being stuck late at night with a small child was frightening, stressful, and completely avoidable if the issue had been handled appropriately. To make matters worse, I was never offered a rental vehicle, even though I depend on my car to get to work and support my family. Instead of receiving the customer service and support I expected after purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, I was left without reliable transportation and facing unexpected repair costs. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency throughout this process. I received inconsistent information, vague explanations, and no clear answers about the warranty coverage that influenced my decision to purchase the vehicle. From my experience, I felt misled about the protection I believed I was receiving when I bought this vehicle. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from Victorville Chevrolet Cadillac, I strongly encourage you to get every promise in writing, carefully review every warranty document yourself, and don't rely solely on verbal explanations. Ask detailed questions about exactly what is and isn't covered before signing anything. I trusted this dealership to stand behind the vehicle they sold me, especially because it was represented as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. Unfortunately, my experience has been stressful, disappointing, and financially burdensome. I hope sharing my experience helps other buyers avoid going through what my family and I have experienced. And till this day they have not resolved anything or given me any response and I'm they are trying to charge me a $500 deductible where clearly no where in the contract says anything about a deductible, and the CarBravo warranty mentions that any non GM vehicle is going to be repaired with a $0 deductible.

Shout out to Magic Mike and Jimmy Becerra, the dynamic duo!…read more My stepdad, Fred, needed a new car after his truck's engine needed to be replaced. Since his truck was already in the service department at Victorville Motors, he had his eye on a few cars as a replacement. Mike and Jimmy B made the car buying process smooth and transparent. Every car buying process should be like this. Initially, Fred was set on buying a Honda he'd seen, but after test-driving a Kia, he was pleasantly surprised by the performance and features. Mike and Jimmy answered our questions, showed us the Carfax, reviewed the extended warranty with us, and answered many questions. I appreciate their patience and kindness during this process. I've had some unpleasant experiences with dealerships, but this was a pleasant experience. They were upfront, honest, and transparent, ensuring Fred was satisfied with his purchase. As a military family, we were grateful to receive a military discount. They respected my stepdad's budget and ensured he got the best deal possible. He was able to trade in two cars, which we didn't know was possible, and that helped to decrease the loan amount, along with the military discount and any end-of-year sales they offered. The whole process, including test driving two cars, took about five hours, which was time well spent. I didn't want to feel rushed, and we wanted to get our questions answered before he committed to such an important and necessary purchase. It was a special day for us as it was my mom's birthday, and it's been five years since she passed away. I know she would have approved of his car purchase and would be so happy that he got such a great deal. Thanks again to Mike and Jimmy for making this a truly memorable experience! A lot can change in a few years. I believe Victorville Motors can continue to exceed expectations and move in a positive trajectory into 2024 and forward.

For the sales team, I would give Sunland 5 stars. Unfortunately, the service department experience was the opposite. The Explorer had ongoing issues (radio shutting off, washer bottle draining, restraint light flashing, third-row stitching splitting). Service replaced the seat cover but dismissed the other concerns, despite the FordPass app showing alerts. Calls and correspondence went unanswered, and there appeared to be no real intention to resolve the problems. At 7,000 miles, I brought it in for its first oil service, a recall, and to readdress concerns. While the recall was completed, the oil service light wasn't reset, the vehicle was returned with a flat tire, and oil was spilled on the cowling where the technician had set the old filter. The oil itself still looked dirty, which left me questioning whether the service was even performed correctly. With no support from the service department, I was left with no choice but to trade the vehicle in. To Sunland Ford's credit, the sales team -- Sharon, Shane, and Anthony -- called me back and worked to make things right. We ultimately moved forward with a new Expedition that fits our needs much better. Bottom line: The sales team was excellent and earned my trust, but the service department's lack of response and unwillingness to resolve issues was very disappointing and forced me to do a trade.
