The car is a Mercedes, over ten years old, in good shape and runs great. The car was priced in the middle compared to others for sale at the time, not the highest and not the lowest price. But personally, the way I see it, if you need a car bad enough, you will pay the market value for a used car if it also runs great. After I got the car home, a few weeks later I discovered some pre-existing, bad scratch on the rearview mirror, plus the mirror was not actually secured inside the casing and could just fall out. After months of owning the car I went to Apex Auto to get his opinion on how to fix the rearview mirror. As it turned out the owner, Charles happened to have the exact mirror I needed, brand new and still in the box! He was kind enough to give me the mirror for free, which was very cool. Just like I was cool enough to simply pay the asking price for the car without any haggle, he returned the coolness and hooked me up with a passenger side rearview mirror. The mirrors cost anywhere from $300-600 on Ebay and Amazon, to over $1,000 retail from Mercedes Benz. This generous gift took my auto purchase from a fair deal to a good deal, and everyone wants a good deal. I would surely consider Apex Auto for my next auto purchase. Thanks Big Charles!

I visited this location twice this month and have experienced very horrible interactions…read more I work for Lyft/Uber and when I dropped off a rider at this location the staff was very unprofessional. One employee parked a vehicle vertically near the entry way towards the front of the main entrance. The vehicle was blocking other vehicles entry and exit way. After I struggled to park the car due to the White SUV refusing to move the vehicle, I proceeded to reverse & exit but the driver in the car stopped. He then began having a conversation with another employee casually while she leaned on the driver window with no intention to move out the way. She began yelling at me once I carefully backed up due to the other vehicle not moving and causing great difficulty. The employees began yelling aggressively at me. I explained to them I had to maneuver around them in order to exit due to them blocking the road. The staff here is blatantly rude, disrespectful and do not care about the customers or the company's partners. The rider was very uncomfortable after experiencing this incident. I will be reporting this to the regional manager and corporate for further assistance.

I test drove a jeep and…read morewas ok but didnt love it. my mom and i were about to leave and the salesman said it might be gone. i was willing to see if could work out a deal and i left to get my mother food as she was dizzy and had a stroke not to long ago. i never spoke to anyone and mom waa signing papers that she didnt know what she signed. i brought the car back the next morning and they said no returning it . i was shown some features on it to make it seem better but two days later the key was not wotking and a new key was made. two more days and second rime filling the car up after going approx 100 miles per fill up is when i fook it back in because the car was shaking when i backed up , also making a noise in the front and gas mileage was way off. made appointment with the service and they said i needed transmission bolts they needed to order but can still drive home they needed to order the parts and will call me . two weeks no call and i called back the part was never ordered so the very nice grls in the office ordered the part and now 30 days has gone by and new part was supose to have been put in but no change at all was worse. they didnt find a gas problem but as of today i have put 1000 miles on the car and had to fill gas 8 times. i took the car back because the clicking in the front is worse and still shakes but my mom didnt know she paid an extra 6000 for a warranty so thats paid for but again will have to drop the car off again when they get the parts in. i am very unhappy with everything the price paid for a 2018 jeep went from a sticker on the windshield of 16889 to 27,000 and 4000 down ti 23 thosand for a used jeep that i wanted a tucson not a jeep . after paying it off after 7 years 36 thosand that is no deal and took advantage of my mom and myself.

Just wish I'd knew of these issues earlier. I had her document everything/ everyone she delt with. Times dates and if they continue to pull these things i will help her contract the bureau of automotive repair in Sacramento And then the BBB social media. They should of known they sold her a lemon next step also is to file a lemon law return. My daughter wanted to be independent and I understand but like I said when it's your child no matter how old you don't appreciate them getting taken advantage of.
