She did such a great job numbing him that he actually slept through the entire thing. We are so grateful for how smooth and stress free the experience was. I would absolutely recommend her to any parents looking for a doctor for their baby boy's circumcision. The only feedback we had was with the office phone system. As others have mentioned in reviews, it can be very difficult to get through to someone by phone, and I even saw some people come in person just to schedule appointments. That said, once you are able to get in, the care and overall experience are excellent.

She is the main reason I continue to come back, and I trust her medical judgment. That said, the front desk and overall follow-up still need improvement. While phone answering has gotten better compared to the past, there is still a lack of urgency. I left 2-3 voicemails regarding a culture I had done with Biocor and waited about two weeks without a callback. During that time, I called the office multiple times just trying to get an update. Eventually, I went in person, and suddenly the results were available and the prescription was sent to the pharmacy. Unfortunately, I had to go through my symptoms for over 9 days longer than necessary, which was very frustrating. Dr. Bodon herself is great, but better communication, follow-up, and urgency from the front desk and assistants would make a big difference in the overall patient experience.

It takes a couple months to get you on your right dose after bloodwork and level testing, but it's very worth it. The team is very filled with knowledge in their specialty and they're very down to business with getting you help. It takes a lot of self consistency and sticking with the plan on our end for the doctors job to come in effect but the second you start getting treated and feeling good that part becomes easy. Grateful to this place for bringing me back to life! Don't forget to ask about NAD+ and B12 complex shots, these on top of your care will have you feeling alive, alert and energetic I highly recommend!!

You cannot bring a guest to appointments, even prenatal visits, which feels unnecessary and isolating, especially for first time mom's who deserve to have their partner alongside them through the process. They consistently overbook, so plan to wait at least an hour just to be seen. I once waited 2.5 hours past my scheduled prenatal appointment time. The care itself feels rushed and disconnected. The ultrasound tech was cold and clearly unhappy to be there, with no bedside manner at all. Once you're finally called back, you're shuffled from person to person and only get a few rushed minutes with the doctor. It feels more like a conveyor belt than actual care. Communication is just as bad. If you try to call with questions, expect to sit on hold for 30 to 45 minutes before reaching anyone. The biggest red flag for me was scheduling. I originally saw Dr. Nahar, who left the practice. I later booked a yearly appointment with Dr. Garza months in advance, rearranged my entire day to attend, and showed up only to find out my appointment had been canceled and Dr. Garza had also left. I received no call, text, or email notifying me. This was the second doctor I had booked who left the practice, with zero communication. Overall, there is a clear lack of bedside manner, no respect for patients' time, and serious turnover issues among providers. Something is off here. I would not recommend this office. It all…read morebegan when I decided to try hormone replacement therapy (HRT) to manage my health issues. Little did I know that this choice would lead to a chain of problems affecting my wellbeing. At first, I dismissed the heavy bleeding, thinking it was just an adjustment phase. I was busy with my work, making calls and ensuring coverage for people. I kept changing sanitary napkins every hour, feeling drained and weak from the non-stop blood loss. The situation was affecting my energy and health, but I carried on. As time passed, the issue became more serious. I visited many doctors, hoping to find answers. But none could figure out what was happening or how to fix it. The heavy bleeding, weight gain, and loss of nutrients were taking a toll on my body and mind. Then, I met Dr. Hicks, a doctor who finally understood my struggles. He spoke with confidence and assurance, saying we would find a solution. This gave me hope and trust in his expertise. Dr. Hicks did a biopsy the results of which led to a plan for a dilation and curettage ( the D&C procedure ). I felt motivated to get better and agreed to the procedure. It happened within a short time, and for the first time in years, the bleeding stopped. I could finally go about my day without feeling faint. Dr. Hicks wasn't just a doctor; he was also a guide who explained my options and the results of the surgery. He showed care and professionalism, which made me feel comfortable. Now, Dr. Hicks suggests a hysterectomy as the next step. This idea scares me, but I trust his experience and advice. Despite his youthful appearance, he has a kind way of dealing with patients that eases worries. His team at the surgery center also took great care of me during the procedure. Looking back, I'm thankful for this journey. Sharing my experience in this review is important, so others can find help too. Dr. Hicks's dedication and skill deserve recognition, even though the thought of a hysterectomy isn't easy to accept. As I think about the path to recovery, I'm open to hearing from others who might have advice. This journey has been tough, but it led me to regain control over my health. For that, I'm grateful.

He had used a tiny implant of hormones under my skin that released a slow dose of estrogen over the course of several months. It's something widely used in Europe by the FDA has not passed it as a drug here because it would cost the pharmaceutical companies millions in regular hormone therapy revenue. I haven't been able to find a doctor who offered this procedure. At 47 I still need hormones but didn't want to use synthetic replacements in the forms of creams, pills or patches. Then my friend told me about Dr Jacome. She's 49, had a partial hysterectomy and was starting to get hot flashes. So we made an appointment to go in at the same time. HIs office sent over blood work we needed to have done before our appointment and had to provide recent copies of our mammograms. So we made the drive to the dessert. We went to the office opposite of the Fleur clinic. Dr. Jacome was very personable and informative. He discussed our individual results, what our ideal numbers should be, and some of the things we can expect from hormone therapy. Within hours of having the implants put in, both my friend and I noticed a huge improvement in our energy and moods and continued improvement months later. The implants last about 4 months and you can feel the difference when they start to wane. I'm on my second batch and feeling a lot better than I was a year ago.
