So that alone would tell the food was great. It's spacious and clean. Ordered, avocado toast with eggs over medium, pancakes and a caramel latte. Man that avocado toast was definitely 1 of the best I've had. The food exceeded my expectations for brunch. The prices for brunch definitely worth it. I'll definitely be going there again.

Decided to stop by on Sunday for breakfast. The restaurant is bright and spacious with minimal decor. We were seated immediately and set up with waters. The staff is so friendly and helpful as we decided what to get. We started with coffee and tea. The tea cup is massive so be prepared to have a lot of it. The coffee cup is small but they do offer free refills, so that was cool. The menu has so many goodies to choose from so it took some time to decide but eventually we ordered the BLT and the potato tart. The BLT came on a 6"inch sour dough ciabatta type bread which was so fluffy. The sandwich has arugula, charred tomato, your style of egg and bacon..ooh and a avocado mayo on the side. I got my eggs soft scrambled and they didn't disappoint. By far one of the best, if not, the best BLT I've had. Every bite was so flavorful and the texture was perfect. Now, the potato tart... The Potato tart was delishh! I would go back just for it. I don't know what's all in it but its amazing... I can not wait to go back and try other stuff, like the Lemon ricotta pancakes. If you ever pass by Nana's, please give it a shot.

There are lots of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This diner offered a discount for paying by cash. I ordered a breakfast of 2 eggs, ham and hash brown with rye bread. My grandson ordered a chicken panini. We were both happy with our food. I loved that they gave a free orange juice or coffee with the breakfast order. This diner was very big and busy, it was also clean. The bathroom was also clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely return and highly recommend. There's also parking available.

The sausage tasted stale, the egg portion was quite small, and the pancakes were a bit tough to cut through. The French toast was good and was probably the highlight of the meal. I also ordered the pancakes with Nutella, but they were very bland. Instead of simply drizzling Nutella on top in circles, it would have been much better if the Nutella had been incorporated into the pancakes themselves for more flavor. The service was decent, but I had to repeatedly ask for coffee refills, which was disappointing. Another concern was that the diner does not provide plastic utensils, nor do they offer hot water to sanitize the silverware if requested. The ambiance can also be an issue depending on where you are seated. The restaurant was very loud, and the tables are placed very close together, causing customers to frequently bump into chairs while moving around. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement in both the food quality and dining experience.

My appetizer and entree were hot when they arrived to the table. I enjoyed my menu choices especially the buffalo wings because they are one of my favorite foods. Our server Vivi was absolutely amazing and constantly checked on our table to make sure we were okay. The ambiance of the restaurant is nice. It was decorated for Valentine's Day which was cute. My friend enjoyed her birthday at Sugar Factory and stated she will be back soon. The Sugar Factory candy store is located next to the restaurant. The line was out the door, we waited about 10 minutes just for someone to take our order, and then another 35 minutes for our breakfast to arrive. My sister ordered a BACON EGG LETTUCE (without the tomato) and said both her sandwich and the home fries were overly salty. The host wasn't very welcoming and came across as rude, which wasn't a great first impression. On the positive side, our waiter was friendly, attentive, and provided good service despite how busy the restaurant was. With better staffing, faster service, and a friendlier greeting at the front, this could be a much better dining experience.

The parking lot serves all the businesses in this collection of businesses. The entrance is gorgeous with a big Dia de Los Muertos mural as you enter. The person greeting me is very friendly. The entire restaurant is very clean and has ample seating. I was seated while I waited for my friend. I ordered a red wine sangria. It had a good amount of fruit in it, was perfectly chilled, and not too sweet. We each ordered fajitas. I ordered shrimp. I was able to sub flour tortillas for corn. The portion was so big I had enough for another meal. Everything came out together, perfectly hot, with sides of salsa and seasoned sour cream. There were also sides of rice, black beans, and cotija cheese. My friend has a non alcoholic Mojito. I also had a tamarind Jarritos soda. We each ordered a sweet. My friend had churros. They came with three flavors of dipping sauce. I ordered the house made flan. The custard was great! The caramel was burnt. I feel the prices are very reasonable considering this is NYC, and the cost of food now a days. If I am ever in the area again I will definitely return to try more of their extensive amazing menu!
