The ambiance is just okay--nothing particularly special--and it was noticeably warm inside. With Indian food already being on the spicier side, a cooler temperature would definitely make the dining experience more comfortable. We ordered the rogan josh, palak chaat, samosas, chicken biryani, Jaipur dosa, garlic naan, and a few drinks. Service started off a bit slow--we waited a while for our drinks--but once things got going, the food came out fairly quickly. One thing I really appreciated was the variety of chutneys served with the appetizers. That was a great touch, especially since many places tend to be pretty minimal with those. Everything we ordered tasted really good, and you can tell the flavors were well done. See photos below. Our total came to $105 for everything, which felt reasonable for the amount of food we got. Overall, the food is definitely worth it. Next time, though, we'll probably go with takeout to skip the wait and enjoy it at home.

The Chicken Tandoori (Chicken marinated overnight in yogurt with fresh Indian spices and grilled in a clay oven) came out last and on its own, sizzling like the center of attention like a steak fajita. Chicken was well-cooked and very tender. Lots of good flavor, but maybe a little too salty. Overall, this was a very good introduction to Indian food for a few of my co-workers. I'm glad we came.
