Recently I ordered chicken corn soup from this restaurant through Uber. And one of the servers from the restaurant, Ramiza, contacted me and told me that they don't serve chicken corn soup and asked me what I would like to replace that dish with. I appreciated the honesty and customer service because there have been several times where I've ended up with missing items from different restaurants when ordering through Uber. I appreciate that Shahi got on top of that quickly. I'm sure that if they added chicken corn soup to their menu, it would be as good as their other items.
