The minute I walked through the door I was greeted by a friendly employee. She asked how she could help and I told her what my pricepoint was and that I was open to anything. She told me all the Christmas merchandise was 25% off. They have some really cute Christmas stuff (home decor, pajamas, etc.) I told her I wasn't picky. She asked me if I liked Volcano candles? I said YES. They had the three holiday candles to choose from. The green sparkle candle is alpine pine, the gold sparkly candle in pumpkin, and the red sparkle is the original Volcano scent. I love the original and red is my favorite color, so I was sold! With tax it came to $27. I have paid $40 for a Volcano candle at other local shops. This was a steal, and they had it gift wrapped and waiting for me at the checkout while I browsed around! Seriously wonderful customer service. I should note, this was not my first visit. My first visit I was exchanging a charm my friend got for my when my dog passed away. The staff was so encouraging and sympathetic that day. I just can't say enough about how great the service is!
