This morning at 7:15am someone rang my doorbell and because it woke us up from a sound sleep I did not get up to answer the door. Later we found Gloria's card stuck in our door. I'm ticked off that she did this and tried to email her at the email address on the card, but guess what...It's a BAD email address! This does not look like a good company. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!!! Be prepared for a lot of no shows and gas lighting. Ive had a few different companies come by and give me estimates, this company was the 3rd I had come to the house. first off, they wanted to charge me WAY higher than the others. So I basically told her that I'd have to think about it and get back to her. she told me that if she would do it for a comparable price, would I hire her right then and there and I agreed. The day she was supposed to come, they did not show. and she did not respond to me until hours after they were supposed to come. she was apologetic and asked is she could come in the next 2 days. we agreed on another day and time. the day arrived and I messaged her just a few hours before they were supposed to come to confirm and she confirmed, saying they may be a little late. By the way, I'm a marine corps. veteran who canceled a medical appointment that took over 3 months to get so they could come and do this for me. the time arrived and I stayed patient. After an hour, I messaged her with no response. they were a no show again. she FINALLY responded at the end of the day saying that I told her not to come which was absolutely rediculous, trying to make excuses and blame it on me. so long story short. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! Not communicative, irresponsible, and rude. Oh and also quoting at extremely high prices. read more

Very bad job.I am not happy with their job, there were too many problems . Now the water is leaking all over the street where they've changed the pipes I contacted her Gloria but no response. I wish I would've check their Yelb reviews or at least search up for others companies. when I asked her to show me their website, she avoids it by showing me random pictures . We hired the landscaping crew to clean up our wild desert wash area so that it wouldn't be a fire hazard come this summer. Not only did they make it fire safe, but they carefully trimmed the native plants retaining their natural beauty. The crew completed the entire task in 1 day! The wash and adjoining land are 1/2 acre in size. Given that it was wild and never groomed before, they had a big job to do. The crew rocked it! They were professional, polite, cleaned up after themselves and communicated well. We would definitely hire this crew again! read more

Gloria is very unprofessional. They rescheduled 3 times and only informed me after I called to ask where they were at. Work finally got done after she received my information (for the second time) from Home Advisor informing her I was looking for someone to clean up my yard. Yard was done to satisfactory, but dealing with them to get the yard cleaned was not worth it. Kind of on the pricey side too. read more

Called them to get an estimate on trimming 5 palm trees. Gloria showed up to give the estimate and quoted me $125 a tree. When I balked at that price and told her it was too much and that she wasn't competitive, she asked me what I wanted to pay. I told her no more than $40 a tree. She said no and said $75. I reluctantly said OK and they came the next day. During the time they were here, I asked one of the workers if he could cut down a branch from a pigmy date palm and he said he had to talk to Gloria. He called her in my presence and spoke to her in Spanish (which I understand), and claimed that he couldn't get ahold of her. I didn't want to call him a liar so I let it go. Although it was my fault for agreeing to this project, all Gloria was concerned about was the MONEY. Our neighbors paid less and had pleasant and professional people to do the job. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially with an owner that nickels and dimes you. Not very professional. read more
