He dropped the load and left to go back in the store telling myself and the manager that he didn't get paid enough to help hand load on the trailer. The manager was very kind and help load the flooring on my trailer even though I had told her that she didn't have to help. you get two stars for the fork lift drivers attitude. Fork lift driver attitude is not exceptional service. I have had metal roofing and siding loaded on the same trailer by using straps under the material. Then straps can be removed after the material is on the trailer. LL needs to think about using this method.
