I loved acrylics but they literally left my nails so weak, and gel was the same story. I've been with Shaneequa twice now and have only amazing things to say. Not only did my first round of gel last 3 weeks, they looked AMAZING for all 3 weeks. I actually could not believe it. The best part was that when Shaneequa removed the gel, my nails were SO STRONG. Literally the best and cheapest gel manicure downtown, I'm totally on the all-natural train now. Photo isn't amazing but she also did a great job with the little hearts. I cannot recommend this place enough- I think they do a significantly better job than places like Posh or the place on Gay St. Also this place is so cute and everyone is really friendly.

I sat for 5 additional minutes then put my shoes on to leave. As I get to my car I realize my the polish on my big toes were not fully set and got messed up from placing my shoes on. I walked back in the salon and showed Bailey. Celine stated Bailey's next client was there and they were late already so unless I come the next morning there is nothing else that could be done. No offerings to have new client soak while she touch up my toes and no additional remedies were suggested if I couldn't come back another day. The customer service was severely lacking. I had a friend in town and we decided to get pedicures together. After a quick browse on Yelp, I came across Thyme in Grandview. They are fairly new, only opened about a year and half ago, and you can find them in the new development right off of 670 on Dublin Rd. I gave them a call and they were able to fit us both in a few hours later... mind you this was a Friday morning. When we got there we were totally taken back by how big and gorgeous the salon is. Everything is pristine! From the chandeliers and the blue lighting on the ceiling to the massage chairs and nail display, they couldn't have done a better job. We both got just your basic pedicure, but with gel. It came out to about $70 for each of us, not too bad. I love how big their color selection is, way more than what was available at my previous spot. The staff was also very accommodating and did a lovely job. I have no doubt I'll be back!

I found Vinci on Yelp and just so happen to know a few people that have left them great reviews. After confirming they offered the service I like, I made an appointment on their website. It was super easy and they had availability just a few days later, which was great because I tend to wait until the last minute. I arrived right on time and they were there waiting for me. I was getting a dip manicure with nail art and I also needed the dip that was already on my nails removed. When I showed them my nail art inspiration they were happy to figure it out. While that meant trying a new technique for them, they were all for it. I'm pleased to share that the results looked amazing and I'm super happy with them. I'll totally go back. I'm in dire need of a pedicure so I'm sure it won't be long before I return. A few things to know before you go... There's a parking lot out front with more parking on the street. They are happy to serve you alcoholic beverages if you'd like. It's rather large with plenty of chairs. They have another location in Upper Arlington.
