They did it the same day…read more To my surprise when the man who helped me asked if I would be available within the next 15 mins, as in that's when it would be done...I was so surprised since J & M, the other shop who does embroidery just down the road, said they might not have it ready by Christmas. Really?! It's one stocking! They even couldn't embroider my daughter's Halloween canvas bucket. In any case, the man who helped me was so accommodating and really tried his best to match the script lettering on our other stockings that we purchased years ago from Knot's Berry Farm. I was lucky to find a stocking that matched ours exactly for my daughter, so I was hoping the embroidery font would match too. It's pretty close and very acceptable...I just wish the font came out a little bigger like ours. In any case, I was so thankful for the speedy service, and they only charged $8. Also, they are located really close to my house. I would definitely give them more business in the future.

The second time was for family shirts to support my son at his football games. Winfred was very helpful with the process. Because of NCAA rules with licensing & compliance - the shirts needed several rounds of approval from the University of Hawai'i - very detailed.
