Gorgeous European Studio fits that criteria for me, and I feel others need to know about this experience This studio was recommended to me by someone that I know and trust; so I did not hesitate to make an appointment. I was very excited; as I am 62 years of age, and have always wanted to have my brows done, but was fearful that if a bad job was done, there would be no hiding it, so it was not until recently that I chose to take this step. There are two appointments in this process, and I completed the first one, which I found to be satisfactory. It was a big change for me going from a thin eyebrow to a fuller one, so I factored this into my level of satisfaction. I was told to contact this provider between 4-6 weeks to arrange the final appointment, which I attempted on week 4 via text. This is the place in which I TALK about the new KIND of provider. Since I did not hear back from the provider, I called later in the week, I. WhichI did get ahold of her, in which I was told to text her with my request. I did so, and she responded promptly, asking if I could come in the following day, in which I responded I could not, as I was having to go out of town for three days. I asked if there was anything available the following week, which would be week 6, in which she stated that this would be too late, and that it was my job to make my appointments within the appropriate time frame, and that it was not her fault that I was setting up my second appointment too late, and now if I wanted to complete the process it would cost me more money. I will let you know that the provider did not let me know that I had to make sure the final appointment was done between 4-6 weeks, which actually I would have been within this time frame. I once again explained that I had texted her, but did not hear back, and shared that I was having to fly out of town due to my mother being on Hospice, which had not been planned. Her response was "sorry for your problem" with a sad emoji, but that there was nothing she could do to help! I'll be honest, I was shocked; I am 62 years of age, have a Master's in Social Work, and was brought up with the belief system that you always do right by anyone you work with. I have always worked with pride, and always with the intent of doing the best job I could. This young woman could have cared less; showed no compassion, or empathy, and was only willing to finish the job if I gave her more money. Now in all fairness to her; I could not find the text I sent her, so it most likely did not get to her! I suspect she did not believe that I sent it, but irregardless there did-does not appear to be any pride or concern whether she gets a good review or not! I let her know that I would be letting the person know who referred her what had happened , and that sad for her I could not giver her a good review. I even left a sad emoji. I will never recommend this provider to anyone.

People think just because you have individual lashes you will not shed. Like your normal lashes you will SHED! The lashes had a lot of gaps and some lashes were poking out in weird ways and they looked bad. I hated it but about 1 month later I removed it with coconut oil and then that's when i cried... My natural lashes were completely ruined. I had natural long and curly lashes. The ones I had now we're so short and straight. I regret so much going with her! I wanted a gel French manicure with tips and I showed a picture to Kelly of nails found on this site to exemplify the shape and style I wanted. She proceeded to put clear tips on, clear acrylic (which made my nails look dead/zombie-like) and then tried to take the gel polish that u can buy at Sally's beauty supply and do "pink and white" manicure. The pinks that she wanted to use were either not noticeable on the hanous looking acrylic part or were so bright and completely UNnatural looking. At this point it was too late to turn back so I settled with just having the god awful nails painted a solid color. I'll also mention that I specifically asked for square, straight edge and thin. Kelly gave me THICK THICK and wavy (felt by running finger across top of nail). Within a week I went to another salon in Phoenix to have the garbage nails removed and a new set put on. Again, I simply asked for a pink and white gel full set with tips and there was NO confusion. I had clear tips applied. Liquid pink gel and liquid white gel applied and cured under the light (no acrylic was applied) and my nails are the accurate thinness, color and shape that I requested. Since I still had a remaining balance from my spafinder gift card, I thought I'd give Kelly another chance to redeem herself with a different service so I decided to book a pedicure. I'm not sure which was worse...the gel set I received the first time or the "pedicure". She charged me $40 for: - a chair with simply a plug in butt massager - a cold foot soak that she had to go fill up in the bathroom - no callus removal - regular toe polish (not gel) which smudged entirely off my big toes in less then an hour. STAY AWAY FROM THIS "SALON/SPA" because it is a joke! You couldn't pay me to ever go there again.

Berta, I have tweezers at home. I know how to use them. I didn't come to you to spend a fortune on my eyebrows so you could LAZILY PLUCK THEM (and when I ask about it, tell me the plucking is to "shape" them first before threading them--too bad no one but you has ever done it this way in my decade of Getting my brows threaded for your astounding "thirty six years in this business") and then charge up the ass for the worst job on my eyebrows I've ever seen. My boyfriend come this weekend to visit me, and my eyebrows look like a chop job, and I spent 2-3 times what someone who can competently actually THREAD my brows without relying solely on old-fashioned tweezers.
