Since my friend is very meticulous about workmanship, I felt confident in contacting them. When I worked with Tom the owner to arrange for the job he was very friendly, helpful and professional. When I pointed to some imperfections on other parts of my 30 year old pool like the steps and skimmers, he did not try to take advantage of the situation and sell me things I didn't need, instead suggesting that if they were working fine, there was no need to replace them.
