I have it a few hours this morning and decided to text around 8:40 asking about what time will they be coming, I then texted stating that I thought it would've been first thing in the am. I got no reply so once I got out of my dental appointment at around 1pm I called him. I stated that I do not operate this way. He said he had a situation they had to handle. I told him you could've called or texted back what was going on and I would've understood. But no communication is unacceptable. Being an Elite on Yelp, I take pride in my communication with a vendor and promoting their business and also hiring a vendor with a good rating. I decided that I was not going to use Julio at Blue Touch. I have my other company coming tomorrow, ready to go. I really wanted to use Blue Touch but felt like once we agreed to do the job, he was difficult to get to, not reliable. I have a3 star rating because I think he just took on something that he couldn't handle with his schedule.
