They were on time every day and got right to it. Removed most of the pavers, dug down to the dirt level and re-piped the whole system. It was a LOT of work. The backyard was really a mess during their work. And when they left - you would never have known they were here. All the pavers back in place. A really complete and a beautiful job at a reasonable price. I could not be happier with the crew or the work. If you have a problem, they are the people to call.

Built me a very expensive and leaky pool. They convinced me for years that it was fixed again and…read moreagain, only to experience the same problems over and over: chemistry issues, salt, chemical & water loss. They ultimately blamed me for the leak and wanted to charge me several thousand for a pressure test. I finally decided to move forward with a pressure test at the end of the 2024 season, only to have Haven's new Sales rep try and convince me that the marble dust was my issue. Later the rep called me drunk after playing golf trying to close the deal for new marble dust to the tune of $30-40K. Last year, at the beginning of the season, I had a reasonably priced pressure test done by East West pools and found out that my pipes were fine. They applied $20 worth of silicone around all of the fixtures (including the deep end light which I suspected to be the culprit the whole time) while the pool was empty. For the first time in 20 years my pool is holding water! I feel like an idiot ever trusting Haven; glad its over.

Worse yet, the tech put acid in a chlorine tank. When I went to refill the chlorine, it caused a gas reaction which could have killed me. They emptied to incorrect acid when I called them, but no apology. They even tried to charge for the acid they incorrectly filled! Now that it is time to close, the INTELLICHEM probe tubes are not with the equipment, so I must pay for new ones. They claim to have left them here, but I did not recall seeing than anywhere since the probes were installed after the pool opening. Unfortunately, finding an honest, competent pool service company is a real challenge! I will add to this review after my closing by a different company. I could not trust Haven to close properly as they do not take responsibility for their services.

Well, I have ZERO expertise and then called Watkins and they spent 44 minutes on the phone explaining the brand and the source of supply to buy this pump. I then started to call local Spa "experts" and sadly 80% had NO CLUE! So luckily I found Advantage LI and explained my situation and texted pictures and the appointment was made and a few days later Nico was at my home and within an hour he had the old pump out and the new one in and he took the time to explain the sophisticated inner workings of my "Endless Pool" spa. Where do I begin to tell you all how lucky I was to find the people at Suffolk Liner. When I went…read moreto open my pool this May, we saw that we lost about 75% of the water. Finding a quality company to come in and handle this problem during the "peak" time of the year for pool openings and service was really difficult. My pool company who built the pool (8 yrs old) were of no use, they wouldn't help me because"I wasn't an active customer. I found Suffolk liner by luck when I was at my dentist. I was getting a root canal and I was telling him the story of my pool. He said to me that he used Suffolk liner and was very happy. I already hired someone but began to have second thoughts when they did not show when they said they would. When I got in my car, I called Suffolk Liner and spoke to Jan, the owner. He had said that they were extremely busy but he will help me and have his site manager to get in touch with me. The next day, I was contacted by Arak, who assured me that he will take care of us and get this resolved as soon as possible. WE made an appointment for the next day. Arak came to the house and looked at the pool and liner problem which was now tearing from stress and he again assured me that he will get us into our pool by July 4th. We sat and chose a beautiful liner that was totally different from our prior liner and he gave me a very fair price that I was happy with. He again soured me that this will be all resolved soon and that the liner will be ordered the next day. (I already had the measurement s and was using the same liner company, which saved us time because no measurements were needed). He said the liner will be in in 2 weeks and then we will set up the install. Suffolk liner called me at about 2 weeks and we set the date for install. The installation crew was just amazing! The team of 4 powerhouses were Moniek, Marek, Eryk and John. They came fired up for the install and immediately went in, drained the remaining water and then began slicing up the old liner and placing into garbage bags that were not too heavy and easily handled. They placed all the liner bags in a spot that I designated fro easy load into my car to take to the dump. (Hampton Bays- we hire our own garbage pick up and I brought the liner to the dump). They do not take the liner away, which I was fine with. The crew began to work diligently to reshape my pool basically going over the entire pool with a trowel making it perfect. They also had to remove all summer plates (3) and my 6 lights, which is a cumbersome task. I also had 6 drains in the deep end to be removed and reset as well. They worked into the night setting the new liner into place with what I feel was a perfect installation. They all strategically moved that liner and got it ready for filling and setting the vacuum to remove air as the liner fills. 2 days later they came back to do all the cutouts of skimmers and then reinstall my lights. Once the at was done, they called me out to see that everything was working perfectly and I continued to fill the pool. They even did some last minute rolling of a spot on the bottom to make it nice and smooth. The team and the entire staff at Suffolk liner were all truly amazing and went above and beyond to help me out and get us back in our pool by July 4th!! Jan was a life saver going out of his way to see that they got me into the schedule immediately. Arak was our savior delivering a top notch team of installers and a beautiful liner.
