I'm someone who really never enjoyed working out and needs that extra push and patience and he gives me that. Nkem is really more than a personal trainer but also a fitness coach, checking in to see what his clients are up to to ensure healthy habits outside of his training sessions. I didn't realize how much I needed Nkem until he went on a short (well deserved) vacation and I didn't see him for a week. Even while he was away, he still made time to check in on me to ensure I was staying on track while holding me accountable for the gaps in my progress. When I lack motivation, he keeps me persistent.
