We have been seeing this place well driving by and finally decided to give it a try! We found out they have great Chocolate covered strawberries so We went in for the Rocky Mountain Chocolate! As we walked in, we noticed it's a nice large open space very bright in there. The decor is cute and calming! The girl that was at the Front did not greet us. She was on her phone. I had to go ask her for samples she handed them to me, but didn't ask if it was our first time there if we needed any help or anything, we tried some of the yogurt samples, but ultimately we ended up getting some chocolate covered strawberries, the pecan clusters, and the peppermint bark chocolate bar! As I was taking pictures, the girl was still on her phone! We did interrupt her by asking her for the strawberries and the other stuff. She was just very quiet, not very friendly, which is OK I guess for a young teenage girl. The other girl came out of the back and that's when the one that was originally up there was a little bit more chatty with her coworker. The other one was way more friendly because as more customers walked in she greeted them, gave them samples. She was just a lot more friendly than the first original girl that was standing up there! It's okay! There were no sample cups to sample flavors and they were out of some supplies the day I visited. The flavors were not too novel, had the basics like chocolate, vanilla, raspberry, peanut butter, cheesecake, etc. service was ok, no greeting when we entered and I don't recall any particular ambiance. read more

The yogurt gets the full 5 stars! But the service gets a 1. I've ordered Yogurtini through Door Dash and loved it, I wanted to take my family there because we love frozen yogurt. It's really a bummer walking out of the store thinking you being a customer was an inconvenience. It was an older woman working alone, no hello, no manners, so smile...when I asked her for sample size cups or for dog treats she just grabbed it and handed it to me. So I guess I'm sorry?! Found this place for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised! Very spacious with lots of seating and many yogurt options. Lots of toppings too and quick and friendly service. Everything was clean and I like that they have a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory in the store as well. Was about $17 for three people to have their own cups of yogurt with toppings. Absolutely love this place (as we've came twice in one week as we've discovered it!) Our first visit was amazing, the people working the first night we came 05/04 were kind & greeted me & my family. You have serval options which I love! It's been very clean both times we've came. Second visit 05/06 I noticed it was two different girls, one of them was cleaning up & mopping looked up but didn't say anything, while the girl was at the register & just stared, no greeting, didn't speak to us, nothing except for telling me my total at the end. she wasn't doing anything other than just standing at the register. After we served ourselves we went to checkout, the other girl still cleaning/mopping was busy, while the other one was in the back on her phone, we waited several minutes, the girl mopping even yelled for her, I believe her name was Hayden, & then she came nonchalantly to the register, now putting her phone away. It's such a bummer the old owners are gone. It's not the same in any way since they left. The first big change is the atmosphere. The new owner seems to be there a lot and she makes the whole place feel uncomfortable. She is short towards my 7 yr old and makes it clear we are somehow a bother. We have gone 6/7 times since the new owners took over and it's the same. Just feels so uncomfortable there. Then there's the flavors. She claims they haven't changed because they are from the corp, but she must have chosen different versions. Almost ALL of them have sucralose now and taste awful. Super clean restaurant and restrooms. The gentleman who assisted us was very friendly and helpful. They have several yogurt flavors and toppings. You choose your combination and have it weighed to determine the price. My mother enjoyed cheesecake with strawberries. I ordered pineapple and banana with fresh pineapples, strawberries and kiwi. After moving out to Arizona from Nebraska 8 years ago I was on the search for a place that resembled "Yogurtini" from home. Lone behold this site opened. Me and family have been coming here since the opening day. My kids love it, and look forward to the next visit. For my family the service has been excellent, the place is really clean. The flavors are various and they change in a good amount of time. The ambiance and music is a great touch, as is the nice chocolates and dog treats offered! Came to this location 40 minutes before closing, we were greeted kindly by an older woman and then another younger gentleman was mopping at our feet. As we walked over to get our yogurt another younger worker was pulling trays and attempting to clean and close it looked like, we proceeded to move with caution and be mindful because we didn't want to be in the way. Mind you there was another family in there with us. We finished checking out and were enjoying our food in our vehicle outside the store, at about 9:40, 20 minutes before close, one of the gentleman shut off all the lighted signs on the doors and put up signs for mopping. At this time 3 police officers had walked into the store location to get yogurt as well, as these same workers continued closing around them, standing in front of the customers, putting away sauces. Then at 9:52, 8 minutes before there marked 10:00 closing time - they shut off all the store lights to make it completely dark as well as lock the doors. This is unlike any other time we have come here, normally we have a fantastic time, and thoroughly enjoy what we are getting as well as great interactions with employees. read more
