Destin Jeep Rentals is so easy to work with. We rented from them once before and the car drop off at the airport is so seamless. They text you the location and you go find your car. No lines or anything else to deal with. Recently my flights were cancelled, which led to an unavailable rental car, from another provider, among other disasters. I called here to see if they had availability and Jennifer offered to drop off a car at our house and arrange a shuttle from the airport if needed. She assured me they would do anything needed to get us in a car and from the airport. Their customer service is top notch. read more

We were looking for a rental vehicle for our trip to Florida for 5 people. Well, I shopped around for the airport we were flying in to, and nothing was available, so we would have to Uber to the closest rental place. That was until I stumbled upon this little gem. I called and they responded quickly by text. Told them what I was looking for, and voila, they had exactly what we were looking for. They shot me a quote, which was very fair and were also very accommodating to what we needed, a car seat for the little one. They also dropped the vehicle off and picked it up from the airport, so no Uber needed. I say all this to say if you're looking for a rental, check with this place first. Went to visit family in Destin, FL at the end of September 2017 - used Destin Jeep Rentals for our rental car needs for the week we were in town (we live in Kansas City). Nick told us that the Jeep would be waiting for us in the VPS parking lot when our flight landed. Found the vehicle exactly where they said it would be in absolutely impeccable condition. To say it was clean & tidy is an UNDERSTATEMENT...this Jeep was mint! While in Destin we decided to rent "Bote Boards" from Nick & Jen - which I HIGHLY recommend you try while visiting. It's a great way to enjoy the calm waters of the Gulf in the early morning. The equipment looked brand new. Driving down Scenic Gulf Drive in Destin with the doors off the Jeep off & the top down was an unforgettable experience in the warm evening air. There was plenty of room in the Jeep to stow our goods while shopping at the outlet mall & enjoying the sites. When it came time time to leave, Jen instructed us to simply leave the Jeep in the airport parking lot near where we found it and she would take care of the rest. They couldn't have made it any easier for us! Next time we are in town we'll definitely be doing business with them. Their unique concierge service and "always available" approach to supporting their clientss sets them well above your traditional corporate car rental chains. We could not find a 15 seater van anywhere in Destin. I googled van rentals as a last resort and Destin Jeep Rentals came up. I called and spoke to Eli, he was so easy to work with. Eli brought the van to the airport (that was a first for me). The van was immaculate. Not only did he deliver the van, he took our luggage to our Airbnb which was 40 minutes away and he did not charge us. After that amazing service we used him for all of our Destin experiences. We used him for our pontoon rentals and jet ski rentals. We had to cancel our jet ski rentals due to bad weather and he refunded us without a hassle. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the initial booking all the way thru the rental the communication was outstanding and very thorough. This was our first time renting from a not big rental company. The Jeep was exactly as promised. Super clean. They even texted pictures of the license plate so we could confirm we were getting in the correct Jeep Wrangler JL. I've owned jeeps for years so I thought it was a bit much when they sent a YOU TUBE video about putting the rob down. I WAS WRONG. Turns out the new JL have a new release handle to drop the back part of the top. Video was extremely helpful. Thanks again. We will definitely be renting from you again!!! DJR is the best! In July 2016 we took our 3 teenage children in our RV to stay at the St. Andrews State Park in Panama City Beach, Florida for ten wonderful days. This year was a little more sentimental that previous years for 2 reasons, We are what we call a " Brady Bunch Family " meaning we had children prior to my wife and I meeting, so with any mixed family trying to coordinate family vacations is a completely crazy task. This year was the first full fledge family vacation where everyone got to go! The second thing is our oldest daughter started her Senior year of high school this year, so what is in store for future vacations are unknown so we wanted to make the most of it! We have traveled to either Florida or Alabama for the last 4 years on vacation, with our biggest problem being that once we were there in the RV if we couldn't bike there it was pretty much out of the question unless you go through the whole process of breaking camp and taking the RV. This year we decided to go a different route and started scouring the web for jeep rentals so we could get out and explorer, which is what we do best! We found DJR and booked our jeep, they were super nice and got everything set up for us and on the day we arrived for vacation DJR drove over an hour one way to deliver our jeep to us at the campground. These folks were super, super nice and gave us the run down on how to remove/replace the top on our 2016 Jeep Wrangler rental. I would have to say that jeep was the best idea we have ever had, the freedom it gave us to roam the Panama City Beach area was fantastic! We found local restaurants, fish markets, we had snow cones, hit the amusement parks and most importantly was able to explore other beaches and haul our fishing gear. Hands down DJR helped set us up for the best vacation ever and they were better priced than renting a small 4 person electric car that we had the year before.
