For the first 30 minutes, she only focused on my back, not even massaging it but just pressing points that were painful on my bones. I had to ask her when she'd actually start massaging and this annoyed her. I've had a lot of Thai massgaes and clearly, this one wasn't even close to a real Thai massage. She barely worked on my arms and legs. And the way she maneuvered my head as well as my body (to supposedly "stretch" me) was done in an incorrect way that it was uncomfortable - I was quietly scared I might get an injury. I felt duped and was disappointed upon realizing that I overpaid for something that was totally bogus.

One day, I was putting my weights away and I tweaked something in my shoulder blade. I had a nagging pain for about 2 weeks. I was at critical mass - had to do something. This past Friday, I contacted Ricky (solely based upon yelp reviews) in the morning to see if I could schedule a same day appointment. I was able to text him (which was great) because skillful massage therapists are always busy working. So, it can be challenging to get an answer immediately. I understand this dilemma well. Thankfully, Ricky had something at 630pm. I scheduled a 30 mins half table session. Let me tell you, in less than 2 minutes, he found the spot that was aggravated - I immediately asked for an hour.
