This is my first time here and I had to wait over 50 minutes to get my meal. Won't be back here.

We selected sesame, salt, jalapeno cheese and plain flavors We've had bagels from East Coast (New York) to West Coast (LA) and multiple places in between that came very close to the NY style or just as satisfying in their own unique way. None of the bagels purchased yesterday came close to a New York bagel as advertised in their signage, or close to any of the others we've experienced. ALL we're extremely tough, not only to tear but also to chew, either untoasted or toasted. The dough was clearly overworked. In addition, the SALT bagel tasted of garlic. Yes GARLIC! It had to be from something in the making as the aftertaste lingered for nearly half an hour, even after another cup of coffee and a cranberry scone baked by my wife that I ate to get the garlic taste out of my mouth. Perhaps we caught them on a bad day, but a quality food purveyor tastes what they're offering and won't serve anything substandard. Clearly they were more concerned about selling product, than showcasing their best.

My bagel sandwich was packed with flavor. Everything was fresh, and the quality really stood out. The service was friendly and efficient which made the experience even better. If you are in the area and missing a true bagel experience, this place is a must. I left full, happy, and planning to come back.
