Then hit me with, "How long till you get here?" I said 20 minutes, and she said it would be ready when we walked in... and it absolutely was! Not only was it ready, but she remembered my name, greeted my son like he was the VIP of the day, and handed him his donut breakfast sandwich like it was a birthday crown.
