Smears on the inside of the windows I needed to clear behind, not a big deal, just poor quality. After speaking with the owner, rather than him taking any ownership he was extremely rude and told me I shouldn't have PlastiDip'd my rims. I've done this to 5 vehicles now and have never had a problem with many details. Yes I understand it fades over time. He proceeded to tell me he talked to his guys and that they said "it was already like that". Classic "where's your proof we damaged your car" sleaziness. Initially he was pushing to come respray the tires, but considering they damaged my vehicle and the terrible response from the owner, I didn't want to trust them any further around my car. He finally (rudely) agreed to reimburse the cost of the exterior detail. Shit service and ownership over their craft. Make sure to take pictures of your vehicle before you let them touch it.

We agreed on the package for a full detail on my F150 and trailer which had been sitting for a few years. Andy arrived on schedule, performed a walk thru, covered what work would be done and got to it. He spent a full work days wash, shampooing, waxing, clay bar, and polishing both units. The results... freaking awesome! If I'm being fair - he exceeded my expectations and his professionalism was such a welcomed surprise. I'd definitely recommend and will be using the service again. Touchstone Detailing in Nashville did an *outstanding* job on my wife's 2014 Chrysler 200! The exterior had years of bug residue and light scratches that I honestly thought were permanent--but they managed to remove it all. When I received my car found out he reversed jumped my battery damaging my alternator/fuses/wiring. He admitted to the reverse jump and said he would pay for repairs. Since then he has refused my calls/texts and has basically gone missing. Please don't use this guy!
