His name was Skylar, and he was very friendly, and the process for changing the bulb only took like five minutes. I don't know much about cars, but Skylar was nice and patient in helping me. Even though I didn't purchase anything at this place, they still offered this service for free, and I appreciated that so much! AND they provided good service. I checked later that the bulbs are the same price at this and other auto shops, so in the future, I'm definitely buying the parts and getting it fixed here instead of going to any other places! This option still puts the weight on the door. I had explained that is what I did not want. He said there is no other way. They were honest, upfront and clear with their suggestions for the repairs. Unfortunately for them, those parts had been replaced a few months prior and were still under warranty. I wasn't able to utilize them for the repair, but want to give a huge shout out to their customer service, professional conduct and honesty in my dealings with them.
