So I came to this nail salon by accident as I was on my way home and I pulled over and got my nails done. Initially I was impressed, so I thought I would give this place another go. I got my eyebrows done this time and as I was in the back room the owner Doan phone rings and the screen has someone's name and next to the name it says (no tip) I think to myself how strange but say nothing about it because I mean what can one really say in this situation. So next I go to get my nails done and I like a gentle file under my acrylic application because my nails are already extremely thin. Well this lady wasn't having it. She got bothered that I asked, and says "I've been doing nails for years I know how to do my job". I told her to file softly and not use the electric filer because that's how I wanted my services done. I legit have bendy nails. Not only did she TRY to handle my hands roughly and with irritation but she started yelling in her language. So naturally I pull my hands and ask her if something is wrong because she is making me feel uncomfortable and I can't believe I'm even putting this into words on how bizarre the entire situation was but this a**hole starts yelling in my face. Again I have no dam idea what she is saying but she is legit making eye contact, still yelling in whatever language she speaks. Now I'm here with my 3 year old daughter thinking wtf! What the hell is wrong with this psycho. Confused I grab my bag and say charge me my wax I'm leaving she says "no I'm doing your nails" and I reply with "no you will not" which then she starts saying I already started (mid buff ok nothing more) I get up off her little nail desk setup that is next to the register. She tried to charge me 10 and I say look your sign says 7 for eyebrows so nice try that's all your getting from me. She then exclaims YOUR NOT GOING TO TIP! I reply no! and say if I was to tip I decide how much you get not you. Like I can't believe she still expected a tip! I Put the exact 7 on the table and walk out. I can't believe people like this work in costumer service, from my understanding this lady is the owner. Her behavior was not only disgusting but poor in human interaction. I still can't believe I didn't beat her ass! My daughter was with me and she's 3 and the entire time this idiot couldn't censor/compose herself in front of a child. I was hesitant to even post this review but this is just one of those things that needs to be recognized and would give her no stars if possible. I reported her to the BBB in California and so you all know there is only one licensed technician (only one licensed was posted)and I saw about 5 people working there so yea that is something to think about. I wish I could give this place a 0 star. I used to come here when Doan used to own it and decided to give a try. They did my nails horrible. Each time I would ask her to fix the nail she would get bothered. She filed my nails so much that right away my nails started to hurt. I do not recommend this place at all. On top of them not being sterile. read more

This place is amazing, the nail work and design are gorgeous. They have good customer service and offer us water when we are here. The nail technician that did my nail was Tina and she was amazing, she's really good. She always does nails and I've never hated them. read more
