On my first visit, I paid $60 for a gel builder refill, and the technician seemed reluctant to do it, taking deep breaths several times while working on my nail. My nail ended up looking a nightmare--I couldn't even bear to look at it. The polish chipped after just one day. I drove 30 minutes back the next day to get it fixed, but the polish didn't last any longer; it came off again. Additionally, she didn't seem to drill properly to make it look neat. I think the owner should look into this to improve the service because I truly regret spending my money there and am left very disappointed. read more

Stopped in because I was eating Tacos next door and needed a full set and pedicure quickly. No wait and they did both at the same time. Both paid a lot of attention to detail. I appreciated that they tended to my cuticles without me asking. $15 add on for gel is pretty standard price, but the full set seemed a little higher priced than my usual spot. Worst nail place I've ever been to. First of all, we called to make sure they were open and available on Easter Sunday and they said yes. My friend and I waited like 20 minutes when we got there and there were only 2 ladies working on 2 other customers. Once one of the ladies became available, they started doing mine, my friend waited and was supposed to go after me. I came in with an old gel French manicure and wanted to get dip powder. They didn't remove or push back the cuticle at all (literally no manicure whatsoever), the lady didn't even fully take off the French manicure before she started doing the dip powder so you could see it under the powder once that was done... powder wasn't evenly distributed all over the nail, it had gaps and looked like it had broken off! I kept asking her to fix it she didn't see anything wrong with it even with her glasses on.... high key blind. I didn't let them finish, I left because it was so bad!! After seeing mine, my friend didn't want to get hers done. She ended up leaving $10 but honestly didn't even deserve them. read more

The man giving the pedicure seemed like he had never given one before. He did not clean my toes. Did not file majority of them. Cut me while cutting the cuticle. The worst. I was going to get a gel mani but seeing how he was doing a horrendous job on my feet, I said heck no, he will not be doing my mani. But then , I had gel from a previous place so I needed it off. So he did my mani anyways. I felt bad not paying for my service let alone complaining, so I payed for me and my daughter. When I asked the manager to kindly zelle me money back for my service, she said she had no access to the zelle account. Mind you, I knew she was the owner of the nail place she just didn't want to zelle me back my money. She asked that I come back so she can fix for me. She looks like she doesn't want to be there lol she is skilled though (saw her working on a few people's nails). What threw me off was her telling walk-ins to sit and wait, that they'll be with them soon when it was obvious that they wouldn't be able to help them any time soon because of how busy they were. just irked me a little. Wendy does my nails now, she takes her time and is always willing to change/fix anything I ask. Only thing is my acrylics break way easier than before, they're not as great as Andy was. read more

The first time I came here I really loved my nails and so I came back a second time but I was utterly disappointed and upset. My manicurist first kept attempting to force me to get gel nails but I only wanted a regular manicure. Afterwards she proceeded to work through my nails very quickly and she was comfortable answering her cell phone and having an extensive conversation all meanwhile. She cut my nail cuticle and I bled a bit which she didn't bother to apologize for. I was not happy at all with the quality of the nail paint either.
