Michael with Detail360 was one of respondents. He also had excellent reviews on Yelp. His fees were very reasonable, especially compared with the other company. I canceled my other appointment and scheduled with Michael. He arrived a little early on the day of our appointment. Michael is a very personable young man. He is professional and polite. I could tell that he is a good guy. I had chosen interior and exterior detailing, headlight restoration, and engine cleaning. He got right to work. When he was finished, my car looked like new. I take care of my vehicles with weekly washings and vacuuming, but the car was like when I bought it from the dealership. There were stains on my passenger seat that he was able to take off. Areas on my exterior paint where I had used rubbing compound and created a cloudy look. He was able to eliminate them. My engine was not only clean but had been polished. The headlights looked like new. He cleaned the dashboard, cupholders, glove compartment, and center console. I'm excited about my "new" car. EDIT: I had to come back to edit my review after having a chance to check everything out. I should have taken a day or two before writing a review. Sometimes you see things later. Anyways, I noticed some cleaning that was missed while I was installing seat covers in the front and back. The seatbelt buckles we not cleaned, and the back seats were not laid down for vacuuming, so crumbs and leaves were left there (at the rear of the trunk). The trunk was vacuumed but a golf ball size sticky/oily spot was not touched. The middle of the center console, just below the cigarette lighter, where some people put their change, was vacuumed but the sides in the middle area there were not cleaned. I paid $150.00 for this service and gave a very good tip. Micheal was very attentive while I explained in detail what I required. My 1999 Toyota Camry is in great shape but has some sensitive spots on the carpets and gear shift boot. He cleaned those spots gently. I appreciate his care. Engine clean was great. Better than I expected! He confirmed back the day before our appointment. Price was in line with the service. Pleased! Since he knew I was detailed he looked around my car and asked me where I wanted lots of attention and other places not so much. He didn't make me feel weird for detailing a 25-year-old car.
