I had reached out to Michael about a week ago for a full interior & exterior detail, pricing, etc. Michael ended up calling me & we discussed everything in detail over the phone. Ended up scheduling an appt for Michael to come out & work on my car & I have to say, it turned out a lot better than I anticipated. After trying many different detailers & companies like Russell Fischer, Michael's been the only one where I can say the results matched the cost/price he gave. Dude took his time with everything & I never felt like he was trying to cheat me or get as much money out of me as he could. Yes, he'll recommend services for down the line but he respects your decisions & doesn't push or give you an ultimatum like other places. Also, as I'm new to this business, Michael wasn't afraid to share information or explain things in a different way to help me understand better so I can ultimately make the best choice & decide what package I wanted. Ultimately went with the full interior & exterior detail with clay bar & 1 step paint correction which took about 3 hrs in total from the time Michael arrived till when he said he was done.
