I asked about detail services and if I could have them use my own wax. The manager said that would be OK, but there would be an extra service fee for using my own wax. This place, where do I begin.. i've come here a few times because I thought they did a good job compared to a lot of Orange county car washes, plus they're able to take my truck because it's commercial and it has a rack for carrying equipment on top. Today 2/28/26 I brought my truck in to get a wash and spray wax, cost $70 and there was a little bit of a line....I'm waiting for my car to come out of the wash tunnel and then I see my front left tire is completely popped all the way to the rim. I the find out because the supervisor Jesus was kind enough to tell me that there was a crack in the conveyor railing, and it pierced my inner tire wall. American tire is not even 50 feet away and we're able to put my spare tire on thank God I had one. I actually was able to finally talk to the owner and my first conversation with him on the phone, He tried to blame me for having a bad tire and he wasn't gonna do anything about it. Then I went and took videos and pictures of the old conveyor line that was bad, and they already had a guy trying to weld it and fix it. I talked to the owner a second time and he did not want to compensate me anything for their equipment popping my tire. The second time the owner was so mad at me for trying to explain my side and understand why he wasn't gonna pay for a brand new tire. Cussing at me and calling me and calling me a dirty Jew, what type of person is that? At the end of all this, $70 car wash turned into a $350 expense because they're aged out equipment popped my tire and the owner wanted to give me $125 and $100 value car wash. Like I would bring my car back there for any kind of service from them after this happened. I would at least thought the owner would have no problem paying for the tire and refunding my car wash or something, I was wrong. Not worth my time or energy to try to pursue what he should've done considering he's that type of owner. I collected what I could just for the principle of it. Still irked that he initially tried to say it was my problem, not his, and then changed his mind because his own employee told him that it was their fault. I hope I could prevent anyone else having to go through the hassle and drama that I did. Rarely do I have a bad experience with a business. However today was different.I brought my truck to HB carwash on Edinger. It was $60 for a wash and clean the interior. When they said it was done there were noticeable spots either from road oil or those small yellow green things tht grow on your paint, both to which I pointed out to the guy that was drying I showed him that they came off easily with my finger even. They have an estimator /manager when you first come i and he said that would be extra. also I had asked to clean 2 seats and he told me it would be $80 more. the interior clean left a lot of dust not really a clean in my opinion. Went here and got a basic inside and out car wash. Really just for the inside of my car which hadn't been cleaned in, oh I don't know, 5 years? Yeah definitely past due. I can't remember the name of the package but it was $30. As I sat in the shade reading a book and waiting for my car to be done I felt great. As soon as my car showed up I felt the exact opposite. These dudes absolutely destroyed the rear end of my car (see attached pics). What made it even worse was that they deny it! I was completely calm and understanding of it, it's just an accident after all right? No biggy. Just fess up and compensate me. Manager was conveniently not on the premise. So I wrote a report and took my own pictures. Acting manager said he would look over the camera footage with his boss and get back to me, but he was sure they hadn't done the damage. Well, that's doubly funny because I guarantee they did the damage and I waited all last week to hear back from someone and got nothing. AAA is now handling it. Unprofessional to a new level in my book. I understand it's an accident but as a business you have to take much better care of your customers than this. That is all, thanks. The workers moved cars (that came after me) from the other 2 lanes while mine was left untouched. I live in the neighborhood and I have been here many times in the past. The service has gotten so bad over my past few visits, that I will most likely never return. My purpose in writing is I hope the owner will read it and perhaps implement a policy for employees to follow, which allows them to keep track of which vehicles arrive first. This is my first car wash with my new car (I bought it used, but it's new to me), it was BAD! I paid $40 to get the car washed, vacuumed, wheels, and waxed. I found trash STILL in my car. Adhesive on my car. Dirt spots. Spots on my windows and mirrors that I now can't clean because of the wax they put on! They drove his SRT up a ramp and got his car stuck and pushed it through and pulled the ramp up.
