I reached out to Justin after reading the great reviews and spoiler, they were all true! I had some issues with water leaking into my car causing an oder and mold. Now I have never had the interior of my car cleaned (I know I know...) so I wasn't sure what to expect. Justin and his team came to me in the afternoon, worked on my car, and a few hours later it looks absolutely amazing. The smell is completely gone, and the interior looks brand new. Throughout the process, he sent me videos of the grime getting removed and explained the tools they were using. My car had a significant amount of dirt, spider webs, pet hair, and dried leaves/organic debris throughout the interior. They spent several hours thoroughly cleaning everything with strong attention to detail. During the final walkthrough, they were patient and willing to address the areas I pointed out, making sure everything was properly taken care of. I was referred to Justin by legends West whom my fiance recommended for car detailing. He is very nice and down to heart and passionate about his work. I initially gave him a call to see if I could get a quote and also if he recommends if I needed paint correction. I've had my car for 8 years. I didn't get PPF back then cause it wasn't as popular yet. I scheduled a consult appointment, got the quote and his recommendation. Due to work travel, I didn't get a chance to schedule an appointment until recently as well as both sides being busy. Got a wash and detail. Justin kept me in the loop the entire time while he was working on the car with another person who was helping him. He was texting me photos and letting me know when my car would be ready for pick up. Just was very honest when he needed more time since he wasn't happy with the work that the person assisting him, on my interior. Justin is very meticulous and detailed. He is incredibly particular and takes great care to prevent swirls or scratches on your vehicle. Witnessing him use one side of a wash mitt for each different panel, working only in one direction and going through 3-4 different mitts for just 1 car... that should say enough about the care he will put into washing your vehicle. I can't say enough good things about Justin. He is a perfectionist and is extremely passionate about detailing cars... about new chemical technology and methods, and it's just so meticulous it's inspiring. I had purchased 2 new Recaro seats and was scared that they would get dirty easily because they are bright red. That's when my friend recommended me Justin. I originally did not know that there was a fabric guard coating that was available to the market, so Justin kindly took the time to walk me through on what protection stages the Recaro seat would be getting. He applied fabric guarding and fabric sealant so that if there are any spills or if my pants were dirt, I could easily wipe and clean it up. I came across Justin on Instagram through a mutual friend years ago, I would send him messages about detailing tips and while I wasn't a client or his at the time he still took the time to respond.
