Had a great experience with the wheel deal! Very impressed with the service, I got the royal detail package and it took him ~3 hours. I get my car detailed every couple of months from a detail shop so I know what I'm looking for, but I didn't know what to expect with a mobile detailer (you always hear horror stories). This wasn't the case at all. First, this is a family owned business by a couple Giancarlo and Sierra. I got to chatting with them and found out Giancarlo has been detailing cars for the last 6 years at detail brick and mortar shops but decided to start his own business, so he uses all the same techniques and methods. When I came to pickup my car, it was sparkling clean but somehow I had gotten some orange residue (maybe paint?) on the car from driving. Giancarlo worked his magic and spent extra time to get this residue out. They also gave me an air freshener as a nice touch and my interior was amazingly clean. In terms of where they do their service, they can come to if you have a driveway or space for their van to clean your car. In my case where I live in a building complex, I went to them in which they operate out of their house. They also answer the phone or text message for booking. Very happy with the service- they provide a lot of value for half the price of shops and it's great to support a local business. read more

Wicked rude. Would never consider using this place of business in a million years. I reached out to several mobile detailers this morning for pricing. I heard back from this establishment with the following message: "Hi! We've attached photos showcasing our various detailing packages to give you a glimpse of what we offer. As a token of our appreciation for considering us, we're pleased to provide you with an exclusive 10% discount on your first auto detailing service with us. Whether you're looking for a thorough interior cleaning, exterior waxing, or a complete detail package, we're here to exceed your expectations. Also, you can create mix and match items from our services, and we can give you a better or lower estimate." I then asked if I could get a discount by having two cars washed. I got no response for hours, so I decided to send another message asking if they could discount the price $13 total for two cars. She responded with "this isn't a good fit". I asked what that meant and she said " Do you go to your doctor and ask them for a discount?". I replied that since I have stage 3 inflammatory cancer, it's hard for me to drive my cars to the local car wash and was looking for someone to come wash my cars at my home. I didn't think $13 was an over the top discount since they mentioned in their last sentence "we can give you a better or lower estimate". I pointed that out to her and she came back with "It doesn't say further discounts. It says better match on pricing if you mix and match which services you'd like." Splitting hairs I guess, but there is no need to be rude to a potential client in any event. She went on to say if I posted my honest review she would ask Yelp to remove it because I "did not do business with them". I sure did do business with them, I just didn't pay for their actual services, and only because of the rudeness of Sierra. I also own a business and know that Yelp does not remove reviews from people who leave honest reviews about their interaction with the company. She also said "So here's the thing we've never met nor have we serviced you. And that's the first thing you asked us. Not even hi how's your day. It just comes off a bit rude to be completely honest. We already offered you a discount in the beginning". I scrolled up to what I asked her and it was "Hi there, would you be able to give me a deal if it's for one car and one SUV? Are you able to come to the house today for this? We are in Redondo Beach." I do see a "hi there" in there but I guess because I didn't ask her how her day was, I deserved to be treated poorly. I sent this 7 hours ago, then reached out again when I received no reply all day. None of my messages to her were rude and every one of hers is, yet she claims I am being rude by not asking how her day is? I received 9 other quotes that were lower than this companies pricing and they were all very kind and courteous in their responses. I would even pay more than their offers just to not have to deal with someone so rude. If you want to be treated like garbage, give these folks a call. They will be even ruder once they find out you have a life threatening disease. read more

IF YIU LOVE YOUR CAR, DON'T LET ANYONE ELSE DETAIL IT EXCEPT THESE GUYS!!! We couldn't be more stoked on the quality and care we received with our detail. I called the evening before and they picked up right away and were there the next morning. After only an hour or two they left our car looking brand new again, honestly better looking than when we bought it. The package we chose included carpet cleaning, but since we have weatherproof mats I suggested they could just skip that part and save some time on their end, but instead of saving time they went ahead and power washed the mats and left them looking brand new, too. Giancarlo came over to my house 30 mins after I called him to clean up my car. My daughter had thrown up in the back. I'd cleaned it a little but was concerned about the smell. Giancarlo took care of business! He washed the back floor and carpets, I think he even steamed them. Then he also cleaned the doors. He was done within an hour. The car smells great.
