I booked the Silver Detail Service for my 1969 Mercedes 280SL, for $225. It was supposed to be a full detail and highest level they have. After 2 hours he said it was done. I did a walk around and touched the paint surface. The surface felt like sandpaper and it looked he had done nothing but a wash and wanted $225 for a wash. I told him can you rub your hand on the paint and tell me you have waxed and clayed the car?? I called the his boss to come over and take a look him self and tell me this car was waxed and clayed, he refused to come and demanded i pay 225 dollars for a was. I was looking specifically to restore the headlights on my 2007 BMW 335i, and found a few options, but I'm glad I chose Al. He's mobile, provided high quality work for a reasonable price, and was very easy to work with. He was able to remove deep scratches, fading, and orange peel shading from my 11yr old original headlight covers and I couldn't be happier with his work. My car looks new again. Let me begin by saying the team arrived on time and ready to work! My car had many water spots on it and, because it's a lease, I wanted to get them removed to decrease any damage to the paint job. I had no idea that sprinklers could do that to a car! Anyway, I called them up and they were able to schedule my services for the very next day. They arrived bright and early and began working instantly. They took their time and when they finished, my car looked amazing! I found Al on Yelp, and I can verify that his 5-star average rating is exactly right. Al gave me a great price on a mobile paint correction for my "new" 20-year-old black Land Cruiser. Obviously the original owner didn't care about the paint, because the finish was dull all around, but it was especially bad on the driver-side rear door, which Al confirmed had been very poorly repainted. I feared that I'd ultimately have to get a fresh factory paint job ($$$$) to make the truck look good again, but Al and his assistant worked miracles. That door now has a beautiful mirror finish, as do the rest of the panels. Now I feel like I can let the truck age gracefully and not worry about the paint for many years. You can't beat the convenience, either -- Al showed up at my place at 8am with all the tools and was done before 2pm. Extra props for wearing a mask and being available during this very unusual coronavirus period we're living through. A+ service all the way. read more

Truly excellent work. I'm someone that is probably a little too careful avoiding scratches/dings other folks probably wouldn't notice. With that in mind, finding a service I could trust to give my month-old car its first wax was a struggle. Really happy I found Al. Not only was he flexible with scheduling, and able to meet me where I work; he and his crew even showed up early to avoid being even a minute late. Their attention to detail and professionalism was also clear in the wash and wax. Al took his time to show me photos of the paste wax application (a harder job that looks better and lasts longer than the spray wax a lot of other places apply) and they did not miss an inch of my vehicle. After a wash, I can usually open a door or move a handle to find a spot someone missed. Not this time. Prices are also reasonable. You can bet I'll be using Al's Auto Detail in the future. read more

I had two vehicles done about two weeks ago. They did a very good job and they were on time. Very happy with the detailing. Actually I reduce the jobs from 5 to 3-1/2 stars. The reason. They washed my vehicles on my concrete driveway. After they left I discovered that the black brake dust from the brake calipers left stains in the concrete where the wheels were. I tried washing off the stains with water but it didn't work. So now I'm stuck with stains that may disappear given enough time or I call a company with a power washer. Either way it's a hassle. Doing a complete good job means cleaning up your mess. UPDATE ***** update. As soon as I posted this Al came by with a power washer and cleaned up the stains!! I can now give 5 big Stars!! Yeahhh... Set up an appointment with Albert, cleared my schedule for the day, and then they didn't show up. Worst of all, not one text or call or indication that they were going to bail or needed to reschedule. So I called them up, and they were "bogged down" by this one "big" project. I guess I apologize for not being important enough to be notified in the event of changes, let alone significant enough for my appointment to be honored. Albert offered me a half-off for later this week, but I really don't want to clear another day for another bigger account to crop up all of a sudden and then another silent treatment... I think I'd rather have the day to myself instead of undergoing the same trauma all over again.
