However, when I began to move in and put stuff away I noticed that the inside of the kitchen cabinets and drawers were not cleaned at all. I ran my finger across the bottom and there was so much dust and debris. The same goes for all of the light fixtures. It seemed like they didn't dust anything and just did a surface wipe down. I ended up having to re-clean everything myself. I was very disappointed with having spent $400, I definitely felt like I didn't get what I paid for. I will say that they were kind when I spoke with them on the phone, I haven't had a chance to call back regarding this issue (I had it cleaned in the beginning of April) and I know it's well past that time but Ive had a lot of things hitting me back to back so tried to let it go and I'm sorry, I just couldn't. It bugs me a lot. I'd definitely be happy if something could be worked out regarding this but I also completely understand if nothing can be done because it's been so long. Like I said, they were very kind and did a great job with the appliances, I just strongly urge you to thoroughly check after they're done cleaning.

Frank was very nice over the phone and offered to see if he could have someone come in the next day to help us out. I was very thankful. We have a 1,500 square foot house. We asked to have them be sure to do the kitchen and our two bathrooms. We put a time limit on it of 6 hours and we were expecting to have most of the house cleaned as it was empty. They were unable to fully clean the kitchen and/or bathrooms in the 6 hours. If 3 hours were spent in the kitchen and let's say 1.5 hours in each bathroom then I expect them to be immaculate! This was not the case. The lazy Susans and the drawers were still dirty as well as the floor. The refrigerator and oven seem to have been cleaned but that looked like it. In the bath the tile was still dirty on the floor and my husband had to pull a huge amount of hair out of the tub drain. When we contacted Frank he said it all didn't get done because we put a time limit on them. I just don't understand what they spent 6 hours on? We definitely didn't feel like we received $330 worth of cleaning. I'll add pictures of the bathrooms and kitchen for size reference as well as pictures of what we found. The meh: Their dusting was just ok - a lot left in the blinds. The ugly: They turned my side table around to clean behind it, and things weren't returned to the state they were in. The drawers were facing the bed so they wouldn't open, the power cord management box was behind the side table vice beside it, lamps were unplugged. Also, we have those "Indows" plexiglass window inserts for sound isolation. They pulled one of them out (to clean the window i guess) and managed to scratch the plexiglass in the process - about a 4-5" gash, and did not put the indow back in. I mean, I thought they didn't do windows anyway? Why wouldn't they ask how it worked or if they should clean the window? I think if I were to have them back I'd have to supervise, or set expectations for them not to touch windows and to return things the way they were.

I was away for work for a few weeks so I obviously wouldn't need a cleaning but I did try to book them that month in question and they weren't available before my trip so I opted to have them come after my trip which is why I couldn't book them last month.
