This office is the smallest one I've been to for them. It's seating capacity is less than 10, which left a few standing as they either waited for the intake folks to call them or to see the technician. Once I was called for the intake, I began sensing I was in a health office unlike any I had ever entered! Why? They are by far the nicest medical profession people I have ever encountered in the most genuine of ways! While waiting for the technician, I watched as they explained to one person why they couldn't do their Covid test, but provided them a non-Labcorp site that would and gave them directions, all without being asked! The thought of the specialness of my experience was ultimately confirmed when I had me blood taken and the technician was just as nice as all of the others! Now there are likely many teams that work there and they may not all be up to this standard, but my hat goes off to team 4 for a great medical experience!

I was telling her how I'm in the process of studying to be a phlebotomist myself and she gave me great information of what I needed to do to get started in my new career. And I do appreciate her advice to stay focused and positive. And I can actually do this cause I explain to her that I am nervous about this whole situation. But speaking to her gave me the confidence that I can do this. During the process she informed me that I was dehydrated and she had to try my other arm which actually worked. She was very patient with me and very informative. Thank you for making my Saturday morning great.

The staff's unprofessionalism and lack of focus on solving client issues are upsetting to me. When clients are asked if they have the necessary paperwork and respond that they do not, the staff simply say in a rude sort of way, we need paper work! They then proceed to ask for the client's doctor, only to later say that they have the freaken paperwork. If there is an issue with a patient, instead of addressing it professionally, they just say, "Move it over," and walk it out ( lab reqs). I had cortisol levels that needed to be drawn by 9 AM, and I made that clear to them. Unfortunately, my concerns were met with indifference. Numerous customers arrived after me but were seen first, and I'm quite sure not all of them had appointments. One staff member, in particular--a heavyset African American woman with an afro--exhibited the worst attitude I have ever encountered in a lab tech or service representative. She does not seem to enjoy interacting with people, so I'm puzzled as to why she chose this job. It appears that Labcorp is struggling to find qualified staff and is failing to prioritize customer service in what should be a client-focused environment. This situation creates a liability that could have serious consequences.

First step: The check in process is a breeze with their digital check in screen. Next step: verification of insurance... flawless. Then: taking vitals... easy peasy. Followed by: Seeing the doctor. Dr. Baldwin was professional and personable. He was also quirky and had a good bedside manner. He gave us our due attention and spent plenty of time with us explaining medical terms to us and diagnosing my daughter's condition. Finally: we were able to get our medication right there on the premises from their on site pharmacy. You may pay a bit more, but it's convenient. We left feeling happier and healthier!! They are opened 365 days a year! We encountered a seamless experience with no wait time as we arrived at about 3 in the afternoon. On other occasions when we went at more popular times and had a short wait which is to be expected. Patient First is not the worst, it's awesome IMO!!

I had surgery in May of 25 and was left severely limited and in pain daily. I went to PF with hopes that I could get X-rays and find out what was going on. Well, the X-rays clearly show issues but the radiologist said he didn't see any issues. How? I have an entire knot that is filled with fluid under my thumb. My fingers are curling and I can't flex my wrist. PF didn't want to diagnose me because they didn't want to be the ones to go against the sergons' notes. But called me and said that I should go to the ER for further testing. Make it make sense. Is there an issue or not PF? SMH, VERY DISSATISFIED
