When it was due for its first service, there was no question where I would take it (my dad owns a 991.2 TurboX, a vintage 356 Speedster Tribute and a Panamera, and my sister owns a 911 convertible, all serviced by Nikolas). The folks at Nikolas did a great job bringing it current with all of its components (spark plugs, oil change, tire rotation, various filters). Robin was really great to work with, awesome communications, and the car was ready when promised and for what the estimate said, no surprises. I feel really confident knowing that Porsche experts are taking care of my new-to-me car, and am happy to be joining the Porsche family at Nikolas.

Even when my DME acted up and needed to be shipped out, they handled the whole situation like it was no big deal. They set me up with a loaner, kept me informed, and made a stressful job feel strangely simple. Fast forward to 2025. The car has nearly 85k miles and has been rock solid until one morning it started bogging down and shaking out of nowhere. If you own a BMW, you know that moment where your stomach drops. I called Nikolas immediately. They answered right away, told me to bring it in, and had a loaner ready before I even finished explaining the symptoms. What stood out this time wasn't just the fix, it was how they approached it. They didn't upsell, they didn't guess, and they didn't stack parts for fun. They diagnosed it correctly, fixed what actually mattered, and saved me money in the process. That level of honesty is rare in the car world. Robin and the whole crew know these cars inside and out and they treat you with the kind of respect that keeps people coming back for years. I'm sticking with them for repairs, upgrades, and all preventative maintenance. If you're looking for a shop that actually cares and knows what they're doing, this is the one. Thanks again!!

I was nervous coming in for a tire change after the nightmarish reviews I had read about this…read moreplace, but gotta say I was pleased enough. It was a little inconvenient that they didn't do appointments and they needed a full day to get a tire change done, but that's mostly a limitation of their number of people working the service department, as I understand, so I don't hold it to them. They were transparent throughout the process and provided some guidance on other issues I've been having with the bike, even if they couldn't work on it because of it's age. Pricing is what it will be. Most shops charge between $90 to $110 an hour in my experience. They land somewhere in there as well. But they do it well, and I'm lead to believe that they would have charged less if I had taken the wheels off myself ahead of time (I brought the whole bike in). All in all, I had a pretty good experience here. Again, just got my tires changed, so I can't speak to anything much beyond that though. I should also note that I bought my own tires through a separate company, not through Free Ride. Some places will say they can't mount tires they haven't purchased for insurance reasons, not the case here. Cheers.

In addition to that every time I have been in there I have been ignored by their staff. I must look too young/poor to buy from them so they do not address me. No business is perfect, but Monroe Motorsports has been serving riders since 1995 and has grown from a small warehouse into one of the largest powersports dealerships in the region. In my experience, the staff has always been willing to answer questions, help find the right things, and work hard to make things right when issues come up. The selection is incredible, with hundreds of motorcycles and vehicles available, which is something you don't find at average dealerships. It's easy to find negative reviews online because unhappy customers are often the most motivated to post. Even discussions online about dealerships point out that review sites tend to attract complaints more than routine positive experiences. If you're shopping for a bike, ATV, sxs, or other powersports vehicle, I'd recommend stopping by Monroe Motorsports and seeing the inventory and staff for yourself before judging based solely on online reviews.

This was quite possibly one of the WORST experiences we have endured over many decades of attempting to purchase powersport vehicles. "Sam" was very rude, condescending and disrespectful to say the least. So much so that my wife - one of the most easy-going persons you will ever meet - told him so and walked out of the showroom. "Sam" literally told me, "I don't really care if you buy from me or not. Buy from someone else." He said also stated, "I knew you were going to be a problem as soon as you tried to negotiate with me." Excuse me? Do you really expect potential customers to spend five figures on a recreational vehicle without even attempting to bargain? Just pay the asking price, eh? That's absurd. What is truly dumbfounding about our experience is that I began my conversation with "Sam" by telling him we were there not just to buy a cart, but to build a relationship like I had done with my local Ford/Lincoln dealership, from whom we have purchased 14 new vehicles from in the past ~20 years -- same salesman for nearly all of them, until he retired recently. We drove the 1+ hour back home, astounded at our time at PSI 42. Less than 24 hours later, we did exactly as "Sam" had suggested: We purchased an $11K rec EVolution D5 Maverick 4 Plus golf cart from another dealer. The staff and ownership at that dealership could give "Sam" a remedial lesson on how to provide a gracious and appropriate level of customer service. As long as "Sam" is there, I would avoid this place at all costs. Caveat emptor. P.S. - "Sam" didn't want my business, so we purchased a 2025 EVolution D5 Maverick elsewhere.
