Adi and the crew at Deuce's Wild are simply the best. I have a '68 Chevelle with a 496 big block that needed a complete engine rebuild and Adi was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. He explained all work thoroughly, gave me constant updates and was extremely fair in pricing and payments. Adi has earned a lifetime customer from me and dare I say it, a great friend. I'm looking forward to any future projects that we will be working on together and having a great time doing it!

While it was there, I decided I wanted to change the tires and thought, "What better place than somewhere called Mr. Wheels?" Unfortunately, I was wrong. When I decided to move forward with the wheels and tires, I was very specific about the look I wanted. I did not want the wheels sticking out too far with oversized spacers. The person helping me barely looked at me during the entire conversation. He simply turned his monitor around, showed me an option, and told me, "This is what you want." I asked if the setup would look proportional to the truck, and he assured me it would. Based on that, I approved the job. When I returned to pick up the truck, the new doors had been installed, but I immediately noticed they had damaged the wheel arch trim panels during the paint work and hadn't repaired them. On top of that, the wheels looked nothing like I had envisioned. The truck looked like a Hot Wheels toy, which was exactly the look I had been trying to avoid from the beginning. I drove away disappointed, but after being without my vehicle for over a week, I just wanted to get out of there. A day later, I contacted them and explained that the final result was not what I had asked for. I even resent the reference photos I had originally provided. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, they defended the work and told me they thought the truck looked good. They said they would speak with the owners to see what could be done, but eventually came back and told me there was no solution and that they couldn't take the tires back because they were now "used." After that, communication completely stopped. No resolution, no attempt to make things right. If you're looking for your vehicle to have that oversized Hot Wheels look, then maybe this is the place for you. But if you want professionals who listen to what you're asking for and stand behind their work, I'd recommend doing your research and taking your business elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE: Although Al is a polite person, whether he was not skilled enough to handle this job…read moreproperly, or simply not attentive, or lazy, or rushed with other projects, or a combination of these things ... the job was a failure, and I was left to deal with the consequences of a job poorly done from beginning to end (a ridiculously long 5+ weeks). I brought my truck to Al to install new door/dash speakers, a box with subs, and amps that I had purchased. The previous owner left the vehicle in a state that need attention to the audio. He assured me this was a job he was very familiar with, and that he had worked with the make and model before with very satisfied customers. Being his reviews (though few) seemed relatively positive, and his quote was very fair, I took a chance and gave him the work. This turned out to be a mistake. Like I said, I wanted a full speaker swap, sub install, and additionally I asked him to attend to (clean up as best he could) a sticky oil-based sound dampening substance that a previous owner had put all over the interior of the doors/panels, and was now dripping messily on hot days. When I left the truck in his care these were the ONLY issues to resolve. Over the span of 5+ weeks (an amount of time that makes NO SENSE for standard audio installation) he explained that I'd need more new hardware, all new wiring, and more. At this point I should have stopped and gotten a second opinion elsewhere. To be honest I should have stopped the project many times, because of many red flags along the way and his constant excuses for incomplete work. For that ignorance I blame myself. Nevertheless, even more hardware was purchased and "installed", and after many excuses that he "wanted the job done perfect", I finally got the truck back with countless problems. The sticky black substance I asked him to clean up was everywhere (all over my interior surfaces, exterior paint, glass, bed cover, everywhere... much worse than before), my backup camera didnt work, both of my accessory video screens didnt work, my steering wheel controls didnt work (yes, I bought the proper harness, he did not install correctly), my engine tuner had been disabled and wouldnt power on, the bass remote to the sub amp wasnt functioning, the was a .5" mistake in space for my windows to go down all the way safely, door speakers were installed without all screws, the factory doorsill lights wouldn't power on, bluetooth/carplay wouldnt enable, interior plastics were loose or broken in several places from rough handling, he scratched my exterior paint, he also scratched my bumper and taillight (from moving the truck around carelessly, he attempted to touch up), he did not mount the two amps (they were simply sliding around), the interior was covered in wire clippings from his work done without any clean up/vacuuming, there were now bugs all over the truck, and my gas light was on empty. Honestly ... im probably forgetting things done incorrectly or questionably. Thats how much nonsense I was left to resolve after buying and entire truck of new hardware and paying labor, which now feels completely absurd. At one point to check on the progress of the truck, I even showed up to his shop and Al was sitting in the removed passenger seat of my car, like a chair, that was on his workshop floor while he was working on another project. It had been removed because of work needed, but was now a shop chair? What he did in that much time with my truck i'll never know. I realize it takes time to rewire and install hardware, I realize that cleaning up a sticky material is tricky, that problems arise and need addressing. But in this much time, for this much money, I should have gotten back a perfect job, cleanly installed, without a single issue. There is no excuse, i'm sorry, this is just the truth, nice guy or not. I feel taken advantage of financially, and rightfully so. I addressed all these things with him, and asked for half my labor cost refunded. He would not acknowledge the issues were his fault, made more excuses, and would not agree to any compromise in cost after this failure. Mind you, I'm not even including the hardship of not having a primary vehicle for way over a month... I took it to another professional shop where in 72hrs the entire job was done correctly, everything resolved, and I had to pay even more money obviously. Summary: He did not come close to performing the full job quoted professionally or adequately. His business ethics may be questionable, and he handled my vehicle in a way that left it in a worse state than when it was dropped off. He had no explanation for why so many issues were unresolved when the vehicle was in his possession for an extreme length of time, and damaged it while he did. I would not recommend you come here unless you want to pay more later to undo/fix what he cannot.

He was only supposed to fix a door actuator and I also included a radio. My car sat in his lot for 5 days. The door was never fixed and he kept on telling me the part I had to get myself. I just didn't have the time to do so I'll admit but when a ahoo accepts a job they should take the time for customer service. I finally went to get my car 5 days later with a radio installed but door not planed back to normal. I am a business lady with limited time. I did pass by 5 days later when I was in area and he completely mistreated me. His book keeping is not accurate as he refused to provide me with an update receipt. I also offered to pay him to reconnect my door and he refused and confined screaming at me. I decided to walk out and post this review instead. Buyer beware. I asked if my radio had a warranty and he said yes. I asked if labor and he said yes but my radio is very staticy. When I asked him to check it make sure it was connected to antenna he started screaming again. Buyer beware here and IRS, check his books. I would give him no stars but this app requires me to do so.

When Willie brought me over to Alex, the interaction wasn't what I expected. Alex just said, "What's up?" and when I explained that I was the customer he had just spoken with on the phone, he seemed confused and acted like he didn't remember our conversation. It left me with a bad first impression, and I honestly told them I was okay and was ready to leave and spend my money somewhere else. Fortunately, other team members stepped in, and I ended up working with Willie again. Willie was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. He walked me through my options, recommended the perfect setup, and the final result was exactly what I was looking for. The workmanship was excellent, and I couldn't be happier with how my truck turned out. I have to give Willie a lot of credit. He completely changed my experience and honestly saved the sale. After planning for two days to come to this shop, I was literally about to walk out because of my initial interaction with Alex. If it hadn't been for Willie, I wouldn't have spent my money there. He represents the kind of customer service every business should strive for. If you go to 954 Mufflers, I'd definitely recommend asking for Willie.
