Yeah buddy before me talking about his Audi is full of it. First off you bought a used Audi, that tells me all I need to know about your life choices. Obviously buying a used Audi is the only thing worse than buying a new Audi. The oil change cost 1000$ for those garbage cars if they quoted you 1000 for engine work they gave you a break. Anyway I been using this place for years, for my car and my wife car. They are honest and reinforced never charged or even suggested charging me a penny more for anything extra our cars didn't need. I purchased an Audi, I brought the car here three times ever. The first time I paid for some things that needed to be fixed apparently, including the AC, spent 2K with the AC included and it didn't work two weeks later. I bring the car in for an issue that was causing the car to overheat, and give me a quote of 1K, I originally didn't want to do it because it was such a high price and I wanted to see what it was not working. So I decided to pay 1K and I get the car done, I bring it home and don't drive at all that day, and when I wake up in the morning to use the car the next day coolant was everywhere on my driveway as I backed up, so of course I brought the car back to your trusty old preferred auto motive, and of course the man here is trying to charge me for more things on my car when he should have originally fixed everything and told me everything that needed to be done, so I find it very funny that I spend that type of money for the car not to function the next day. I do not recommend bringing your car here to be fixed at all. This illiterate mechanic should not be working, it is beyond me that I spend hard earned money like that just for nothing to be done, the work does not speak for itself at this rundown establishment. My husband and I are new to the area, so finding a mechanic in a new town is not exactly my favorite chore. :( I called at around 9:30 to report the problem, I asked approx. how long it would take. The owner Frank was very nice and honest and told me he really could not quote me a time without an appropriate diagnosis. The car was shaking and shifting as if the transmission was slipping. :( So I brought the car in around 10:45am and was out by noon. As a woman, I DREAD going to a mechanic. Seems they are always trying to up sell you on EVERYTHING. Frank was totally honest and didn't try and con me into new brakes or whatever a lot of mechanics do. He was honest, great with prices and time estimate. He explained exactly what was going on and the price for parts, labor and time it would take to fix, prior to fixing. (Ended up being a bad coil that was short firing. Simple replacement.) The waiting area was very nice and comfortable. They have the SWEETEST pup, Missy who greets you with kisses as you walk in the door. :) It's a very family friendly environment. I felt like I was taking the car to a family member's shop.
