My husband needed something or other for vaping so we stopped in to Kalamazoo Vapor in Holland. The employee was friendly, answered his questions and got him what he wanted quickly. It was very calm, quiet and spacious inside. I'd never been to a vape shop that looked so professional. Any city I go to, I like finding places I tend to go my local version regularly so I can have solid places to go for those needs if I'm ever there for a longer trip. I would definitely make Kalamazoo Vapor my go to vape shop for when in the area based off friendliness and cleanliness. When in Holland I will be back.

The store interior is nice and inviting and more importantly the staff working here is great! They are always more than happy to let you sample as many flavors of their juice as it takes to find the perfect one for your vaping pleasure. That way it's guaranteed that what you buy you'll enjoy since you've tried it before you bought it. Yesterday I was served by Randi and she continued the tradition of great customer service. I was in need of a new juice tank and as I expected she got me fixed up with the perfect solution to the problem I wanted to fix that was being caused by my previous tank that I'd bought elsewhere. Not only did she sell me the best product for my needs, she also was very patient when dealing with my many questions about not just the tank I was buying, but she also gave me some really good pointers on how to best use the different options on my battery to help me get the best results from my new juice tank. Yes, if you get to have Randi serving you then you are very lucky, but don't worry if you get somebody else waiting on you because I've received the same great service from all of their staff here on every visit to Freedom Smoke USA. I'm sold on Freedom Smoke USA and will continue to frequent them for all of my vaping needs. Yes, the cost of the equipment if you buy higher end devices can be a bit pricey, but compared to the price of smoking it's really cheap since once you have the equipment you only have to buy the juice from that point on. Not to mention non-smokers around you will really appreciate the fact that now instead of gagging them with the stinky smell of burning tobacco now you'll be exhaling smells that are very pleasant. It's too early to tell with absolute certainty just how safe vaping is compared to smoking, but as an ex-smoker who smoked for 34 years and who has emphysema from that I can tell you that my lungs literally feel a hundred times better now that I've given up smoking and gone to vaping instead. Even my doctor who's anti-smoking says that as far as she can tell vaping doesn't seem to be anymore hazardous than wearing a nicotine patch which is considered safe.

The juice selection can use some revamp as a few flavor are variations on other favors. The shear combinations of flavor and reliability of the mixers make their juice one of the most consistent offerings I have had the privilege of consuming. Brett and Art can mix some mean juices in a quick amount of time. As for the company, they have the same issues most employers have in the area. Holland is full of privileged people who just don't stand for what they preach, and Freedom Smoke has gotten their share of bad apples from the crop of potential gems the still live in the area. As a matter of fact, a previous GM was rude and quite frankly disrespectful to both his staff and the customers. Now, the MITs and GM are awesome at working with customers and each other. Randi and Jim are some of the coolest cats I have been grateful to meet. If you want straight forward, easy to start vaping experience, Freedom Smoke USA is the place to go in the Holland area.

I have been so frustrated with this business. First of all there is RARELY someone at the counter…read morewhen I go in, i have to stand around and wait for someone from the other business's in the building to finally come over and assist me. When i first went in I was looking to buy a new tank and some juice, the juice was fine! But the tank i bought was a Kenger knock off. The kenger knock off "is the same as the original Kenger, it just doesnt have the name on it", which is what the man told me. So of course im going to buy the one that is 5 dollars cheaper, that is if they are the same. It wasn't long til i found it was NOT the same. First of all both the wicks that came with the package were awful, one burnt in a matter of a day, the other didn't even work at all! So i brought it in hoping to get a few new wicks, of no charge to me seeing as they sold me awful ones in the first place. But of course they didn't help me at all, "sorry we cant do that, no refunds." I didn't want a refund! All i wanted was for them to give me 2 wicks, and i would have been on my way. When i saw that was getting me no where i tried buying some more juice. They didn't have the 7 ml bottle, which is what i wanted, and after some more conversing and arguing i was forced to buy the bigger bottle. If i go into a business looking for a specific item and they dont have it, shouldn't they help me out a little bit? I told them i would take the bigger bottle, but for no more cost than the 7 ml, but of course they couldn't help me at all there either. Finally i just said whatever, then only a few days later my tank that i originally bought started to leak, i was getting more juice in my mouth than vape. This is when I finally just said screw it and I ahven't been back since, they are of no help whatsoever. I would highly recommend FREEDOM USA on Riley Street in Holland, they are very helpful and that is where I started going first, took a break when i tried Vape's, but now I will only be taking my business to Freedom.

The people are knowledgeable and one young woman is so good she has dinners paired around a certain cigar. I'd heard about pairings with wine, etc....but a cigar?!?!! And she was right!!! There are times they do not have exactly what I'm looking for but they have consistently pointed me in the direction of some other smoke that is new and very enjoyable.

I asked the female associate if she could call the next closest store, which would be Grand Haven to see if they had it. She looked around almost as if she was shocked that I wouldn't even ask him such a question. She thought for a second and told me that no she couldn't or wouldn't and then I could find the number online and call myself. I understand certain situations that may not be time to do something like I requested. But in this instance, I was the only customer in the store. This is something that most places usually ask the customer if they would like done just to ensure that the business stayed within wild bills four walls. Not that it matters because anybody should receive great customer service, but just for the record I spent hundreds of dollars at this specific store a month.
