I had made an appointment to see the doctor over a month in advance about a cash procedure I was considering. It would've cost me quite a bit of money out of pocket had I agreed to do the procedure with this physician. The office staff were incompetent and rude. They kept me waiting in a little office for half an hour without any reason for the delay or any indication that the doctor would be coming into see me. When a person is paying cash for a very expensive procedure you would think the Office staff would be a little more conscientious. I had to put a $50 deposit down just to have a consultation which I asked to be returned to me when I realized I was wasting my time twiddling my thumbs for a doctor didn't have the courtesy to show up on time. I would not recommend going to this office. The doctor may be good but if you never get to see him how would you ever know. read more

Sherri is the best! She literally makes you feel comfortable the first time you book your appointment with her. I've only been going with Sherri for the last 4 1/2 months. Only one time sherri wasn't there and I was scheduled with an different gal that was new and I didn't get the same warming/comfortable feeling that Sherri has given me. I scheduled an appt. for my mother at 3:30 PM, we were seen 45 mins later. As a courtesy someone could have informed us they were running late, which I would have understood. I found this highly unprofessional. Meeting the doctor was disappointing. I got a sense that he was rushing to get out of the exam room when he was the one running behind. I was truly disappointed because I was looking forward to the consultation and meeting this doctor. Also, it doesn't mean because we don't appear wealthy that we don't have the means to pay. I recently had a tummy tuck by Dr. Wali. I am 37 years old and have 4 kids. I've always been thing but after the pregnancies I always looked pregnant. Horrible Experience. I had gyno in both of my breast and had surgery to shrink the puffy nipples. Wali said I would be sore for a few weeks more like 2 months I couldn't fully extend my arms. After two years of healing my nipples are still puffy and incredibly uneven in puffiness and the way they sag. Extremely disappointed in Dr Wali. read more

I saw the nurse linelle for eye and forehead wrinkles and she recommend a little botox. She was very careful and consulted the doctor on where to inject. I like that even though with all her experience she's not afraid to ask the doctor if she's not sure instead of just injecting. I accompanied my wife to an appointment here. She needed a small mole removed. After waiting nearly an hour past our appointment time, Dr. Wali finally sent for us. It was late afternoon, and he seemed irritated that we were still there. He tried to hurry my wife along, seemingly unconcerned about her nervousness. After just a few minutes of condescending attitude, he suggested that she just postpone the procedure if she wasn't ready. This might have been fine advice had it not been delivered with an attitude bordering on contempt. At that point I had experienced more than enough of his attitude, so we left. After a biopsy by my dermatologist found a melanoma in situ (confined to the epidermis) on one of my fingers, he referred me to Dr. Wali to perform a wider and deeper excision, which would necessitate a skin graft from my forearm, to make sure that all the cancerous cells had been removed. I am now about two months post-op, and both the skin graft and the donor site have healed very quickly with no complications and excellent appearance. I'm very glad that my dermatologist referred me to Dr. Wali. And the follow-up care and staff at Dr. Wali's Wound Care Clinic at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center were also excellent. read more

I had LapBand surgery 6 years ago and successfully lost 120lbs, which left me with an empty bra :) I have spent the past two years working hard in the gym to tone & sculpt my body, finally coming to the realization that breasts can not be built in the gym. My surgery was at the surgical center in Glendora, it was a fantastic experience! Brandi, my nurse, was amazing!! Very comforting, calmed my nerves and provided exceptional care! The anesthesiologist explained everything to me step by step, I wish I could remember his name bc he was fabulous! Dr. Wali came to my bedside before surgery, explained the whole process to me one last time and then it was off to the OR suite. When I woke up in recovery I looked under my gown and smiled, no more empty bras :) Total time at the surgical center was about 4 hours then I was discharged home and was scheduled to follow up the next day at his office. I was and still am completely blown away with my results. Not only do my breasts look natural, but they feel natural! The incision site at the bottom of my arreola is hardly noticeable! Before surgery my right nipple sat a lot lower than my left and after they are completely level...no lift was done, just an augmentation. I have not had any procedures done by Dr wali but I felt the need to write a review based on his staff. They need to improve on returning phone calls. A friend recommended him to me but she did warn that after her surgery it was challenging communicating with them because her calls would not get returned which made her recovery more stressful than it already was. Dr is great and I've seen his good work on my friend but I dislike that staff just seems a bit disorganized which is unfortunate. If my rating was for the dr only I would have given 5 stars. But his staff is a reflection of the business and need to rate it all together. So if your looking into getting g a procedure done keep this mind when making a decision. read more

Dr. Wali performed my breast reduction in April. I have wanted a breast reduction since I was a teenager and have attempted to get it approved in the past but was disappointed when insurance companies denied me. If I had known that I had to wait to have Dr. Wali perform the procedure I would have happily waited. From beginning to end my experience with him and his staff has been amazing. After looking for parking for about 10 minutes I was finally able to finally make it inside. It was my first appointment there so I really didn't know what to expect. My appointment was for 6pm once I opened the door there was a waiting room full of people that there was no space to sit. I finally was able to sit down after someone was called in. I would say that there was about 5-6 people waiting to be seen before me. It was 6:45 and I thought finally it's going to be my turn but I didn't know that there was someone still waiting in the lobby before me. I waited about 15 more minutes and I've had it. I knew it would a lot longer because all those people that went in still didn't come out! I told the girl in the front that I couldn't wait any longer and she didn't really care. This was a very poor experience for an already nervous customer. They must have a lot of customers that they don't care about new customers. There are plenty of other doctors out there so I will take my business else where. read more

I have been wanting Breast Reduction Surgery since I was 19 years old! I am so happy I chose to go with Dr. Wali! Very satisfied with his work, and with the results. I got "earlobe reconstruction" surgery. Both of my earlobes were stretched with gauges size 13/16 (almost at an inch) I decided to get them closed due do the field I'm in.. I did a lot of searching and it didn't seem like a lot of drs were in the Los Angeles area... Also the drs I did find close to me seemed to start their prices very high.. Simple reconstruction starting at $1,000. I knew my case would be more than that due to my holes being stretched so big.!!! I loved that Dr Walis webpage had sample pictures of before and after of the procedure. His office is an hour away from my house (that was the only sucky thing) so I called the office and the front desk girl told me the consultation was free, I explained to her It was a very far drive, so she gave my the option to email my pictures and the doctor would give me a quote and that quote would be final! So I went ahead and sent my pictures got a call back a day later with the quote! $875 for both ears! I was shocked at what a great price it was, especially with his experience in this procedure. So I went ahead n waited to make an appt, until I had a day off from work: I called one week b4 I wanted to set up my appt their schedule was very busy but they managed to squeeze me in! My experience at Dr Walis office was great.. !! The whole procedure took about an hour n twenty min: the healing process went great and my ears look normal :,)!! Very very happy! This was my first time ever getting any cosmetic surgery done. I have had stretched ear gauges since I was a teenager and was ready to get my normal ears back. Dr. Wali made sure I was well informed of the procedure and made me feel very relaxed with him performing the surgery. Dr. Dev Wali and his wonderful staff deserve even more stars!!! I met Dr. Wali through his father. He shared his office with his father at that time. I, instantly, came to trust Dr. Wali, but as a Registered Nurse, wanted to investigate his credentials. Dr. Wali is not only experienced on paper, but the most compassionate, well-trained, experienced physicians I know. My concerns, were cosmetic in nature. I was taking care of my ailing mother and have not been taking care of myself. I felt that my eyes were "droopy" and I looked always "tired". I went to Dr. Wali to see what he could do and avoid surgery due to the "down time". I didn't have the luxury to recover. Long story short, juvederm and botox was my "go to" solution. Dr. Wali was very meticulous in his technique and explained, in detail, where he was going to inject and why. Results were fabulous and natural. Now, Dr. Wali has opened a MedSpa. Excellent decision!!! I am trying the Carboxy injections (per Dr. Wali's suggestion) for my face and neck and have amazing results after 2 treatments. Lanelle, RN. is wonderful.
