Later in the day, I received a price quote that was very high for a standard inspection and oil change - 3 times what the dealer wanted to charge me. I messaged them back and told them that I would collect the car as the price was too high and they re-quoted it to just include a standard oil change/fluid top-up, no other diagnostics or inspections. That was more reasonable, but still slightly higher than the dealer. Despite the pricing, service and professionalism was excellent. The job was done very quickly and my car was washed and shining clean when I picked it up. Their advisors were extremely friendly and I received a nice hand-written note afterward. The facility seems clean enough to eat off the floor. I'll keep them at 5 stars despite the pricing because I know that they don't really specialize in basic oil changes. They're not trying to compete with the dealers or gas station down the street. Asking for an oil change here is like asking a heart surgeon to put a band-aid on your cut. You can see by the cars that they service and their reputation that they know what they are doing. I will most certainly consider them for more advanced work in the future.
