Y a los 20 minutos llamé para poder cancelar mi pedido y que no le hicieran nada. Solo pasaron 20 minutos desde que salí de la tienda. Y el chico que atendió dijo que el no estaba autorizado hacer reembolso en reparación. A lo cual le dije, ustedes no han arreglado nada, solo tiene 20 minutos que salí de la tienda. Y el me dijo que lo comentaría con su jefe. Y horas después me dijo que no me podían hacer ningún reembolso, o que si quería poder escoger algo de la tienda!! Se me hace poco razonable que no te quieran cancelar el pedido en un trabajo que no han empezado y no llevaba ni 1 hora en la tienda en reloj.

When it sinked in, I could see the light from inside the iPad. I didn't think it's normal. The button also moved around and sometimes doesn't work. I took it back and they lady kind of fix it. However, the light and camera fixture were broken and the button recognition was broke since day one. Well, guess what about 30 days later the home button sinked in again and the lpad does NOT work at all. I took it back to the shop and the guy refused to fixed bc it was past the 30 day period. I did called apple and they actually told me this shop messed up my IPad when they replaced the screen and Apple couldn't help me anymore. Now I am out of over $260 since I bought a screen protector and case thinking my IPad was fixed. The iPad doesn't work anymore and I tried reaching out to the shop several time but no answer. Save yourself the money and take it somewhere else.

He doesn't pay his employees and has horrible employee retention. He over charges for diagnostic fees and is to busy to get to repairs that sit there for months. He has employees that have left that he never paid them their last 2 weeks of working there. He is a bad business person.

On top of it- he had added a screen protector which was not expected at all and highly appreciated. If you need a phone repaired soon not hesitate to use his services. He was on time (arrival time was slated for 2pm and he showed up at 2:20- but gave me a 20 minute heads up at 2) then I had a new screen installed by 2:40. And so far so good.
