Let me start my experience with Device Repair and Henry. I have a Dell laptop and which was not working so well. I took my laptop to Henry and he received me so well. I have a Dell laptop that needed a new CMOS battery installed as the time and date would not hold on booting computer. Henry gave me a reasonable quote compared to other places and completed the repair within hours of me dropping off the laptop. Not an easy job as the laptop had to be torn apart and then reassembled. My iPod was my favorite tool, less than a year old, always in a case, no scratches, great for quick photos and making lists of things to do. Last week it took a dunk in the pool. I took it to these guys and they diagnosed a fried motherboard. There was no repair made but they were very professional and polite and offered options on what to do next.
