The first encounter was just o.k. The associate told me four times they would be closing in 15 minutes. I just walked out and went somewhere else. The last two times it has been great. The two employees did everything they could to make my shopping service great. Christe had to fix my self-check out mistakes and actually suggested another way for me to save more money. Cira had to go to the storage area and find what I was looking for and quickly came out with the current sale items for me and apologized for not having them on the shelf in the beginning. The store employee in the past would have said - No we seem to be out and to bad. I believe the employees that have been hired are more customer focused.

Complaint: racist remarks…read more Overheard one of the two cashiers after having an argument over a coupon with a man say after he left "it's just these foreign men have no respect for American woman and imagine how they treat their own women" "they are just always so rude". This is blatantly stereotyping and a micro aggression not to mention plenty of people of all backgrounds get upset over coupon rules and what is and isn't a coupon. It is just upsetting to stereotype when lots of people have done this. I hope this store learns to stop saying such things behind people's backs.

The hubs needed distilled water, but all they had was filtered water. We were forced to head to... *shudder* ...Wal-Mart. Sad. I woke up on Saturday morning and didn't realize til late that I had run out. I never wanna be the person that is calling a business right before they are about to close asking them to do something for me. But I know the heart medicine is serious business! Long story short, they were sweet and helpful and accommodating to my last minute request. Won't happen again on my end, but I really appreciated it.
