It is only a few miles from Lincoln City and is at the edge of a beautiful forest. The park is old but impeccably clean. There a combination of sites with water and electric and some dry camping. Our site was a back in spot against a meadow. Most evenings a herd of elks come and graze. We watched them for hours. The staff were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Logan who assisted us during check in. We was friendly, informative and helpful. This rate as one of our favorite campgrounds.

When we arrived to our site# 159 the pavers were full of weeds, some cracked, and an uneven site. We were very disappointed based on the price and the condition of the site. I talked to one of the staff and there comment was "the owner will be here next week and will take care of it." I explained that we were only there of 4 nights, he offered no other consolation or any concern for our disappointment. The next day I went to the office and talked to the manager, she also was very unsympathetic and said she had to talk to someone else. To say the least, no one ever got back to us! The rest of the park is nice, but definitely not worth the price. The TV's were not working in the gym (very small gym), and the advertised pickleball court was full of leaves and branches. The most frustrating part is the lack of customer service of the staff, they completely blew off our concerns and nobody appeared to have any concern for the fact that we booked this months in advance and paid a premium price for a poorly maintained site. We will not stay at this park again and certainly not recommend to anyone! We camped at Pacific Shores Motorcoach Resort in a Motorhome.
