This ABSOLUTELY is one of the best run RV PARKS anywhere! It is well groomed each time someone leaves the park, bushes and trees are trimmed, bathrooms cleaned and even the dog runs are raked, groomed and always have bags! Nice fire pit seating and sunset viewing. They have their best staff to guide you into your sites, as long as you listen!!! Bathrooms are super clean, roomy and laundry room is nice and spacious. Lots a souvenirs in the office, pool table, TV, WiFi and some of the best staff anywhere. We were sad to leave after a month but hope to return for a couple months in 2026. We really enjoyed our weekend camping here in the upper loop. Staff was very friendly at check in and staff came shortly after we pulled up to our spot to guide our parking, which is always nice. The restrooms were clean and spacious, the rec room great, the hot tub clean and relaxing..no events going on this time we're here but it looks like they often do cool stuff, which I love to find at campgrounds we stay at. Will definitely be back to enjoy that! We did get to enjoy their Sunday bagels and donuts..a nice touch! It was very quiet and relaxing where we stayed, and we could look out to the ocean. We sat at the fire pit each night and the Adirondack chairs were so comfy. ps the mural near the rec room is so so nice!! read more

Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed our time. They maintain the resort exceptionally well. We saw the grounds keeper out everyday. There are 2 doggie rest areas and they are very dog friendly here. They also had a fun scavenger hunt for the kiddos with prizes from the treasure chest inside near the front desk. Staff were all friendly. Hot tub jets worked great and the bathrooms and laundry area were well maintained and clean. You can hear some of the road traffic from the 101 but not enough to be annoying or disruptive of sleep. Definitely recommend and will return. read more

My wife and I had a really disappointing experience at Premier RV Resort of Lincoln City. We planned to camp in our Tesla, a practice we'd heard was allowed at some RV sites. We checked their website, found no policy against it, selected "camper van" (the closest option), and "Tesla" as "make" / "Model Y" as "model", so there would be no confusion. We paid extra for a 50-amp site compatible with our charger. Arriving after hours, we discovered a no-car-camping policy buried in the booking confirmation--not visible before booking. Acknowledging our oversight, we respected the policy, emailed for a refund since we didn't get the 50-amp site we paid for, and stayed at a hotel instead. The next morning, we received a curt email denying a refund because we selected "camper van" despite clearly noting our Tesla. We visited in person, hoping to resolve the misunderstanding, but the front desk staff and an owner (Jim?) were immediately and shockingly hostile, accusing us of lying. Despite no services provided, an incompatible site, and ample vacancies that night, they refused a full refund, offering only a 50% refund, which we declined. We're now disputing the charge with our credit card. read more

The RV park is managed very well and everything is super clean. Spots are level and not too hard to get into. The only downfall is that the sites are very small and you are extremely close to your neighbors. read more

This was just a HORRIBLE STAY at this RV Park To start off with the park is located next to a rock landscaper company who's always using this huge rock crusher and tumbler then for 4 days straight the park's landscaping company where not just cutting the lawn them leaf blowers going for 8HOURS STRAIGHT then they wanted to me to move our satellite dish because they do NOT OFFER CABLE so that they could cut the grass We told them when we leave then can cut the grass then the leaf blowers were constantly blowing DIRT AND LEAFS AND GRASS all over our vehicles then they would blow them off I have a special edition vehicle Then to make matters worse we had a SERIOUS Medical emergency with our daughter and had to leave to take her back to the hospital they would NOT REIMBURSE the four days we had left and we Pleaded with them and they said NO WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS RV PARK EVER AGAIN We were not there for pleasure we were there because we had just left the Portland hospital for our daughter and had to go BACK to the hospital wow I know Never again read more

My gosh, totally blew my expectations away! First and foremost, the staff there, nearly all of them were the FRIENDLIEST humans ever. But it also felt like everyone in Lincoln city were just really genuinely great friendly people!!! I'd like to start the story before we got there, there's good reason. So the day we were to arrive my husband and I decided we may want to stay a night longer. We booked our reservations a month or so in advance (the woman who booked it a month or so ago also incredibly helpful, as we have never RV camped with full hookup but was very patient with our questions and concerns). We called Premier around 9 or whenever they opened asking if we could add a night. The person I spoke with apologized and explained the camp ground was fully reserved. I asked that she keep us in mind if anything were to open later. 1 hour later we arrive and we're greeted by a very friendly staff member who came to our RV/car to check us in. To my surprise the staff member remembered me without me even needing to mention the extra night, she told me there was a spot available but it wasn't as "nice". we gladly said yes and she mapped out where our spot was for the first night then the second night. First of all, both spots were great. The first spot was a bit nicer because of the view but honestly they were both wonderful. There were staff members coming around regularly just checking in, saying hi, would start up conversation with my son who was beyond excited to be there. They all took the time and effort to make us feel so at home. The location is incredible, it took us maybe 15 minutes from our spot to the beach to walk it with a toddler and a very pregnant (8 months pregnant) woman.... the walk was very easy and doable. It's about 0.5 miles to a coffee shop south of us and just a few more minutes to Mo's and the cove area where the waves are much more calm. We walked that once a day at least, very walkable and safe. The RV campsite was also very safe and clean. I highly recommend first timers or RV veterans to stay here. Staff is beyond friendly, the people who stay here are also incredibly helpful and friendly as well! Overall best first time RV camping for my son ever. I have a feeling he'll never want to camp, camp again. ALSO, really appreciate the lengths the staff goes to sanitizing the sites before we moved because of COVID. This RV park was amazing. The front office crew super happy, friendly, helpful. I was greeted and escorted by the grounds man who took me to my site and directed me how to backed into the tight spot as I'm am still learning so it was great having the help. The spots were level, concrete and had nice shade trees and foliage with picnic benches. Numerous shower stalls, clean and located on the backside of the office. Big laundry area lots of machines and a spacious hot tub. I was there on a Thursday and the office gals go around later in the day in a golf cart and offer free ice cream treats to the campers. The park is right off the PCH101 but it was so quiet. I left the next morning around 9am and traffic was getting slightly busy which could be challenging getting across to head north if u leave later in the day. As I was getting ready to unhook everything a local paper was delivered to my doorstep, so cool! I would def recommend this rv park. Lots of shopping and places to eat and the beach within walking distance. Price is a little higher but they really go out of there way to make you comfortable, loved it. read more

We stayed in the Premier RV Resort for three weeks. We have been Traveling with a fifth wheel since 2006. Over the years we have stayed in many nice parks. This is one of the best! The location is ideal, across the street to the ocean. Restaurants in walking distance in both directions. The management team (Jim and Ronda) are outstanding. Jim is always out in the park leading his team. Rhonda is at the front desk managing the office. They take excellent care of the park. It is beyond clean. The landscaping is beautiful. At the upper level there is a Fire Pit with views of the ocean. This is a gathering place for visitors during the day and at sunset. Each Saturday the park has live entertainment and appetizers. on Thursdays at 3:00 pm they circulate the park with free ice cream. This park is dog Friendly with two fenced areas for the dogs. The electrical, water and cable are all above average. We will be back! read more

You can buy ice, beer, a coat, a kite etc at the office. The park is very well maintained with nooks and crannies here and there to sit and smell the sea air and enjoy a glimpse of the ocean. The facilities and grounds are immaculate. Clean, bright, spacious bathrooms and showers, laundry, and community room. The fire pit overlooking the ocean is great! Unfortunately, Premier is overrated. When you think of being on 101, this RV park really is. Some sites are about 100 feet from the highway separated by a small wall. You cannot hear the ocean until traffic dies down - I heard it at midnight. Plus, they say ocean access (they are on the east side of 101). Well, you have to use a hotel resort's underpass, but you cannot use their beach access. You have to backtrack south, and find the very long stairs to the beach. Their hot tub is closed for repairs - but it looks more like a remodel. This place is billed as a high end RV park. They do disclose the tub is closed, but they should discount their rates. Next, their WiFi policy is horrible. You get one access per person. So, if you have a smart phone and a tablet and your spouse does too, you only get two access codes. Given their price, that's crazy. Last, like most RV parks, the cable quality is terrible on many channels. You do get 48, but most are useless. The reality is you don't have many choices on this stretch of the coast. Ask for a spot in the back. Get satellite if you need TV. Drive to beach access. read more

This RV resort is just that. Their amenities are a little reduced right now with Covid-19. This does not reduce the quality or value of this resort. They are easy to book with and Jim and Rhonda are great Managers. They are always informative and work with me every time I call to get the best value for what we want. It is basically sectioned off for your needs. There is a basic area, better area and a premium area. I have never had an issue getting a space here as long as I'm flexible in my needs (do I really need to see the ocean from my living area?) Premium is the place to be if you want direct views of the ocean, Better spots are on the hill leading to the premium spots and basic spots are on the lower area. We stay there in our 33 foot 5er and have never had any issues. You are about a quarter mile walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive to the historic Taft area. Restaurants and shops galore within a 5 minute walk. This is an easy drive from Depoe Bay (Worlds smallest Harbor) and the historic Newport bay with it's working fishing harbor and the headquarters of the NOAA fleet. This resort is a great getaway in any season. We have spent Thanksgiving here as well as many nights in the summer months. We have stayed enough times here that we have almost filled our second punch card! read more

Loved this place! Big Tex helped me make my reservation.. friendliest staff ever! We only stayed here 2 nights but it was fantastic. The upper level spots have no bathroom but there are stairs leading down to the clubhouse. We stayed in space #60, upper level I think the best spots for an amazing view are #63, 64, 65, 67 66 is a beautiful view but you've got other campers passing through here to access the stairs to clubhouse, restrooms. Oh, and I forgot to add you have the daily newspaper delivered every morning to your front door.. pretty awesome! read more

BEAUTIFUL ENVIRONMENT WITH LOTS OF GREAT THINGS SUCH AS HIKING, KAYAKING, WALKING, SAILING, WHALE WATCHING, FISHING, CRABBING, etc. They have a great little gift shop and a movie room! A little bird told the managers, Rhonda and Jim, that I lost a loved one recently, and they delivered a gorgeous plant to me as well as a loving card! WOW! I never expected such kindness! My husband and I have stayed at Premier RV in Lincoln City on multiple occasions and have always had great experiences! It is clean, and every RV slot we have been in is in good working condition. They are attentive and if there was a problem I have no doubt they would resolve it quickly. Even in the rain, which often is a part of the coastal weather, there is no mud, and it a great place to get away to! We loved our stay . We were greeted with friendly faces and was always informed of the activities avaliable while we were there. Our great-grandson son loved the painting rocks and scavenger hunt. The park is very safe foe small children. Our great-grandson learned to ride his pedal bike while we were there. Met other campers and families. The fire pit on top level with stage was great. What a lovely park. Nice level cement pad, green grass out our door. trees and a ton of amenities we didn't have time to use. Easy access right off 101 yet not bothered by freeway noise. Will definitely mark this one on our 101 route that we use frequently going from Ramona, CA to Edmonds, WA to see our grandchildren. This is a very nice RV resort located at the South end of Lincoln City. I would say it is probably one of the nicest RV resorts if not the nicest one in Lincoln City. My only complaint would be is the sites are a little small. We were able to see the Ocean from our site. I like that they have nice green grass for each site but they have a half picnic table which I found bizarre! That may be because the sites are so small. It won't keep me from coming back because the place is beautiful and very clean. Everyone there was friendly. I'm not giving this a 5 star just because of the smaller spaces and the half picnic tables. On the web site it looks like they used to have whole picnic tables. Other wise they would probably get a 4 in a half to 5. Go check them out for yourself. You won't be disappointed. read more

Looking at the other reviews and the number of people who marked 5 stars says it all. This was our second stay at the resort, and although we made the reservations weeks ago we were pleasenly surprised how nice the weather was. The park is clean, quiet, and close to anything you would like to do. The Casino will provide a shuttle to come pick you up - once there were other people on the shuttle and asked the driver if they could be let off at the outlet stores and he did this. We towed our Jeep this time because we wanted to get out and explore more. Highly, highly recommend this resort. We used to stay at Logan park, by the casino and I think owned by the casino, but I don't think we we go back to Logan again. read more
