Note that these are merely nurse practitioners, not actual medical doctors, whose training is far more extensive. I came here only for the convenience but will never return. I will see actual medical doctors for future treatment. I suggest that you do the same to avoid the dissatisfaction that I experienced.

I have seen both Doctor Stephen Hauptman and Doctor G (Garret Hauptman) on and off for the past 3 years. I'm currently seeing Doctor G for spinal manipulations and posture correction. I've never had such personalized care from a medical professional. Dr. G truly cares about each of his patients and is extremely responsive both in the office and out. Dr. G is extremely knowledgeable about the latest developments in research regarding spine health. During his consultations he cites to many studies that support his findings and offers to share them if you so desire. He goes over the variety of options available to you and does not pressure you into a decision. They recently upgraded their equipment to help patients achieve faster results. Additionally, the staff at FFIM is exceptional. Dana and Melissa are personable, helpful, and compassionate. They help create the warm, caring, and enjoyable atmosphere. I cannot recommend this practice and facility enough. They have improved my quality of life and I have a tremendous amount of respect and gratitude for them.

I understand I mentioned I wanted wait until my new med. ins. kicked in for a full battery of blood work, but I assume that basic blood work is covered with the annual check up that is part of my plan. It wasn't until I was walking home that I realized I had had no blood work done. I called back to inquire why and the receptionist check with the doctor who said he wanted to wait until I had my new insurance. Not that I hold alot of sway to offices, but this one was kind of like a rental car waiting room, in the basement. And while I was waiting some guy was listening to language tapes loudly w/o earphones. In my opinion the receptionist should have told him to take it outside. After about 20 min. of that I had to ask him to put earphones in or take it outside. Kind of a waste of 2 hrs. of my time all around. Certainly a useless apt.

Pro athletes that have gotten this surgery include Claude Giroux, Wayne Simmonds, Steven Stamkos, Shayne Gostisbhere, Brand Marchand, Rhys Hoskins, Kevin Hayes, Odell Beckham. Research what happened to them after they got surgery from Dr Meyers. I got core muscle surgery at Vincera 10 years ago after seeing Dr Meyers. He told me it would take 6-8 weeks to heal. I did everything they asked me to do but it was very clear they didn't care about me because I wasn't an influential athlete. My physical therapist was either still in training or had just finished. I also told them several times my legs weren't healing the way I thought they would but no one seemed to care. I was in so much pain the next 3 years it hurt to get out of my bed or out of my car. It is now 10 years later and I still have to do pt 3 days a week and dry needling once a week to be a fraction of the person I was before. The nonchalance and medical neglect of this entire staff has negatively impacted my entire life for what will be over a decade. Thanks for ruining my life.

I stopped therapy with the intention of going back when I felt better. I still have a problem. Five months after I started Vincera decided to send me a bill for $551.14. I was told from the beginning my insurance would cover the therapy, I paid the $40 co-pay for each visit. I thought this was normal. The extra $551.14 really makes me angry.

He listens to all my problems and I always leave his office with a resolution. Even before I became his patient it was difficult to find a doctor that takes my insurance as well as accepting new patients quickly and not having to wait weeks or months. He sends me for labs when needed and gives me the requisition form right away so there's no waiting. I would recommend Dr. Winn for any patient. Nurses aides do some serious heavy lifting, yet always found time to get things I needed as well. The PT were great motivators, and loads of fun. Unlike PT I had about twenty years ago, I looked forward to going to see them. If I had only one gripe, it would be the food. Owing to multiple limitations on what I can eat, there weren't always a lot of choices. Just because you CAN purée something doesn't mean you should. Otherwise it all seemed cooked with care, and the menu choices were well varied. Nice place!

If you miss an appointment to see Dr. Cohen its always someone to assist you for rescheduling a more convenient day and time to fit both patient and doctor schedule. If and when I ever need rehab my first option is Oxford Rehabilitation because they are courteous, respectful, and display empathy for their patients and most of all I am aware of the service I will receive.
